Consisting of two incredible 10BDR ocean estates in Singleton Beach, this spacious buyout sleeps a total of 48 guests and is perfect for family vacations, weddings, corporate retreats, or any other type of group travel! Both homes boast private direct beach access via a boardwalk, four covered balconies, and an infinity pool with breathtaking ocean views.

Upon entry, both homes have a bright, open-concept layout that creates a seamless flow throughout the main living area. Kick back and relax in front of the 74 mounted TV. Luxury design touches like exposed ceiling beams, tile floors, and high-end furnishings give you a one-of-a-kind experience. Chefs will adore the gourmet kitchens with stainless steel appliances, Elise 5-burner gas stoves, wine fridges, and ice makers. Dine at the islands' barstool seating, or at the nearby formal dining areas, both with seating for 12-14.

Each home has a second spacious living area on the fourth floor that invites you to entertain your guests. 20 Bradley Circle features a huge in-home bar, 8-seat dining table, and kitchen, while 24 Bradley Circle also has a pool table. Step out to the covered balconies, where breathtaking ocean views and a seating area await. The fun continues in 24 Bradley Circle's game room — challenge your group to a game of ping-pong, foosball, or cornhole.

Off of each home's main floor, the patios promise indoor-outdoor living in style. 20 Bradley Circle and 24 Bradley Circle have both been curated for convenience, with an office—perfect for students or remote workers—laundry rooms, and on-site parking for 5-6 vehicles. 20 Bradley Circle even has an in-home elevator (coming Apr 2025).

- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
- The fireplace is not for guest use.
- Pool heat is available for an additional fee but must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Please note that pool heat is only available between Oct 1st & April 1st.
- Please note that if the outdoor temperature drops below 50°F, the pool heater may have difficulty maintaining warmer water temperatures.
- Rideshare and taxi service is extremely hard to arrange last minute. Please try your best to schedule these services in advance if they are needed.
- The elevator at 20 Bradley Circle will be available for guest use in April of 2025. The elevator at 24 Bradley Circle is not available for guest use.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
