Our family friendly home is centrally located in the Saw Grass neighborhood of Fripp Island. It is a short golf cart ride to any of the beach accesses. It also is within walking distance to the Sawgrass neighborhood private pool and playground.brbrEnjoy the large, open floor plan, designed for family gatherings and entertaining! You'll enjoy movie nights on the large screen Smart TV. We offer a fully stocked kitchen for all of your cooking needs. There are two eating areas, a separate dining area and a kitchen breakfast counter that seats 4. Our floor plan has a Master bedroom with a king size bed and ensuite with shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has a bunk bed, a twin bed and trundle. These two bedrooms share the hallway bathroom with a tub and shower. Located off the kitchen is the washer and dryer in utility room. After a sun filled day at the beach, come back and relax in our screened porch or on our deck, and enjoy the peace and quiet of the neighborhood with you favorite beverage of choice. The guest house sleeps 3 in beds and 2 more on a fold out futon couch. Total 12 in beds plus 2 on fold out futon.brbrI am not offering amenity cards this year and, as far as I know, the only way to get them is through a home owner who is offering them.brbrI'm trying to rent from a Saturday OR to a Saturday during the summer season because that's when I have to make almost all my income for the year. If I cross the week-end I'm much more likely to end up with little pockets of days that are very difficult -- or impossible -- to rent.
