It also includes a spacious 66-inch refrigerator-freezer, a new dishwasher, and an additional refrigerator in the garage for convenience. The fully equipped coffee bar features a Nespresso machine, a Keurig, and a drip coffee pot.



For relaxation, the living room has been transformed with all-new furniture, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. A beverage refrigerator ensures refreshments are always within reach. Adjacent to the living room, a deck with brand-new furniture offers a view of the green to the Ocean Point 7th hole.
