    Our yearly trip to fripp and this property was such a disappointment!! The pictures on the listing are not up to date. We arrive friday night and stuck outside for 35mins as the keypad wasnt accepting the code to enter. Maintenance couldnt open it as well and he had to reprogram it which took some time. Then only to enter the condo to see very noticeable stains on the carpet in every room and the carpet rolling off the walls in some areas. The bathroom for the girls shower handle fell off the first night and spout just hanging there loosely. The master bathroom is very dated with missing tiles or caulked into place to stay also with stains everywhere in the master area. We walk out to the back patio and carpet was rolled off the nail strip enough to catch my heel and took skin with it and started bleeding. The back patio looks nothing like the pictures as well. Boards replaced but not painted , paint peeling up everywhere with mold and ants everywhere. The living room tv has lines across it and sometimes would start shutting off after 30 mins and would keep restarting on its own but after a hour it would be fine. There is no way to justify even paying half the cost for this condo and the troubles we encountered where maintenance was there everyday until we finally said just fix it when we leave. To take time off work, spend the money, and meet family there was embarrassing. I've stayed at better motels.This condo has a ton of potential,but not worth the cost as it sits!
