5 minute ride to the beach and pools. Great mid-island location. Whimsically decorated, open floor plan awesome screened porch for relaxing. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you will need! Very clean and spacious home. TV's in every room. Pools, golf, tennis etc... are available to amenity card holders. Family friendly island with lots of activities and nature to enjoy. Two golf courses and a tennis & pickleball center with daily clinics. Bike paths, camps for kids, boating,kayaking, music and special events all designed to add activities as you desire to make your vacation memorable. Golf Cart available for $25 per day. Additional carts, bike etc are available with amenity cards. Amenity cards cost $39 up to 4 days and $59 up to 7 days. You purchase these through the host directly. Two amenity cards are included with a one week rental/7 nights.

We stayed for a week here. It was three adults and three kids. The house had the perfect amount of space for all of us. The house was beyond clean and accommodating. They had a grill and nice back prouch and they even had some beach items if needed. The beds were super comfy and the air conditioning was on point even on a hot day. The island was pretty private and the owners recommendations for which section to go to on the island for the beach was perfect. We got the amenities card but we only used them for the restaurant and the pools. We will definitely be returning to this home again.

We spent the month of March 2023 at Lisa's place and enjoyed it very much. The layout is very open and bright, with a great screen porch on the back looking into the palmetto forest. We found the furnishings to be fine enough, even if not so new, and the place was clean when we arrived. We are looking forward to returning next year.

While our family is not new to staying on Fripp, we were new to staying at this home and it met all of our needs. What really stood out to me was how easy and lovely the owner, Lisa, was to communicate with. This house has plenty to space, a great golf cart, and the ability to purchase amenity cards. I'd recommend reading other reviews before booking to give you a better feel for the condition of the home.
