The kitchen has everything you could think of using. There is a regular coffee maker and a keurig. There is a toaster, mixer, blender, crockpot, hand mixer. Plenty of pots and pans. We spend lots of time at our home so it is not what you typically find at a rental. All the appliances have been replaced in the past few years. brYou will have parking for 2-3 cars in the driveway. Please do not drive or park over the berm around the front of the property. You also will not have access to our garage. We leave a few chairs and umbrellas in the cabinet on the screened porch. brIf you are not familiar with the sawgrass neighborhood it is a quiet area. The pool is nearly in our backyard and is only for the neighbors to use. We often have it to ourselves. The crab dock is so pretty and a great place to take pictures. There is a great footbridge to walk over to get to the main part of the island. It is probably a 10 minute walk to the closest beach access and a quick 5 min drive in a golf cart. brWe have wireless internet for use while at the house as well.
