The Boathouse is decorated to be a true nautical experience. Situated oceanfront with incredible sunrise and sunsets. The best beach fishing on the island is right in the backyard along the jetty. The Boathouse is one of the most unique homes on Fripp Island. It is true Custom home with ocean/water view from every room. The walls, floor and ceilings are all heart pine and solid beams. The Boathouse has catwalks around the entire main level. The family and living room are open and have ocean views from all seating. Two large couches and multiple comfy chairs allow family gathering and enjoyment of movies/sporting events on the 85” tv. Launch the Kayaks right from the beach and explore the skull creek inlet backwater and Fripp/Pritchards Island canals. 514 Tarpon is one of the most desired locations on Fripp Island(South Tarpon), Beach access #32 is next to the home and is one of the most private beach accesses on island.

The Boathouse is truly a Vacation Paradise! The house was very welcoming, spotless, and beautifully decorated, with every amenity provided. The heart pine is gorgeous! The location is PERFECT! Very private with Beautiful sunsets. Greg was a great Host and always responsive. Would highly recommend!

Spectacular rental! We had a wonderful long weekend down at Fripp. The pictures do not do the place justice! Plenty of room for large groups. Greg was a great host and was available at all times. The house is stocked with everything you can imagine. Lastly, the ease of the beach access with all the toys, chairs, bikes etc that you could need really made it relaxing. Thanks again Greg!

The Boathouse at Fripp Island is a vacation paradise especially for a family gathering. The beach is very private and we felt so safe watching our little ones there without large crowds around. The house is spacious and well appointed with everything you need including bikes, kayaks, beach chairs and beach toys. We highly recommend a stay here. Beautiful sunsets, too.

This is a great house on the best part of the beach. This end of the island is very quiet and the beat spot to view sunsets! Our whole family enjoyed our stay - would highly recommend!

This property was simply amazing from sunrise watching the pelicans fly over, to the dramatic sunsets. A continuous ever changing incredible view. The location was at a quiet end of the block and the ocean was in our backyard. The home was spotless and beautifully decorated. Everything that you'd need to cook gourmet meals was available except the chef.. LOL. The owner was readily available when I had trouble at first working the elevator. This is a very exceptional home and it far exceeded my expectations.
