Although the neighborhood is not private it feels that way….And huge bonus…. the entire street was paved in Spring 2023 so it’s a smooth ride in your car or your bikes. The new paving also makes for better dribbling at the neighborhood basketball hoop at the end of your driveway If you bring the kids they will thank you as the fully fenced back yard abuts a real live PLAYGROUND. Yep, it’s one of two kiddie playgrounds on Folly Beach. Why is this not-so-pleasant factoid important you ask Well, many of the rental properties on Folly have delicate septic systems. So combine the big pipes of City Sewer with the brand new Tankless hot water system, and new washer / dryer in house and you have unlimited capacity for poop and laundry!!brbrInside, the house plays bigger than its 1800 sq ft with an open floor plan, vaulted ceilings and counter seating in the kitchen. The décor is light and bright with the blond hardwood floors adding durability to your stay. Plantation shutters brings a Southern Charm, and you’ll love the fully loaded kitchen and dine up bar for entertaining. Newer stainless appliances and a brand new ice maker sets you up for the many chill drinks you will be making to beat the Carolina heat.
