Pet-Friendly, Close to beach access & town, Large - 2100 sq ft! Afternoon Delight!

Good communication with the rental company. Nice and quiet neighborhood with easy walk to the beach.

We loved our stay. We always knew Folly was pet-friendly and this house made us love Folly even more! Lots of room to spread out and the deck was divine! Lovely walk through to the beach and downtown. Thanks so much for our great stay! We will DEFINITELY be back!

Loved the slack line, firepit and chairs in the back yard! Thank you also for providing two bikes for us to enjoy. The home was wonderful and clean. We enjoyed our visit. It was within walkability to downtown dining and shops as well as the beach.

This property was absolutely stunning! It's easily one of the most picturesque places I've ever had the pleasure of staying at. Every detail was meticulously thought out to create a true home away from home experience. From the coastal decor to the impeccable cleanliness and thoughtful layout, everything was simply perfect! The spaciousness, proximity to Folly Beach, and the variety of water activities provided added to the overall charm. I would love to stay here again—I was genuinely sad to leave!

We absolutely loved this property. Excellent communication from the managers and even though the pictures of this place are beautiful, the reality is better. With two teens and one nearly teen there was a great amount of space for us and such a a short walk to the beach and Center St. The house has everything you need from boogie boards and ping pong to garden stuff and a brilliantly stocked kitchen. Will definitely stay here again next time we make it to the Charleston area.

Would rent it again

Beautifully decorated and comfortable , this house more than met the needs of our party. We came for the surfers healing event and the house was close enough to the dock and downtown but far enough away to relax in a quiet neighborhood. Speaking of quiet , this town takes sound ordinance seriously. The one caveat to our excellent stay was members of our party accidentally got locked out downstairs during daytime hours ( the garage entrance is the only entrance) and no matter how loud they knocked or yelled, nothing could be heard upstairs. Nothing. The loud knocking and yelling was reported by a neighbor and the sound ordinance authority came out and made a report with a body cam on. The owner told me that they were going to be installing a doorbell, but just be aware. The house provided plenty of towels, smelled clean and fresh, and there was sooo much storage space to tuck our stuff away. The dining seating was a big plus for us , so many places 'sleep' 8 but have dining seating for four. This had plenty of dining seating plus a bar area with stools! Loved it! The contained deck was also appreciated as we were able to sit outside and bird watch ( binoculars we brought from home made that more fun) . It's also a convenient area for any party members who smoke. The ac worked great and there were plenty of channel options on the smart TV for some evening movie nights. There is a whole collection of equipment downstairs for your use. Tons of sand toys, skim boards, boogie boards, a couple adult bikes, a kids bike , soccer ball , badminton ( net is permanently set up put front) , and portable cornhole all come with the property. There's an outdoor shower in the backyard plus a hose to spray off shoes beside garage doors. The backyard was lovely but we didn't use it much . There was even a slack line out there! Fun! I cannot emphasize this enough.....bring bug spray or you will be devoured by mosquitos. Keep in mind that this is a three story beach house , so there are lots of steps. Also, be aware that the garage doors are very narrow. I bumped the metal flashing and dented it pulling in as well as scratched my car . I reported the incident to management without issue. We had an excellent stay here and I hope to be back. I will be recommending this house to My family and friends.

Overall we really enjoyed our time in Folly Beach at this property! The location was great and allowed us to ride bikes to the beach as well as the restaurants in town. The house was clean and spacious with enough room for us, two teenagers, a tween, and our puppy! Although I will say the doors to the rooms downstairs do not lock, and the doors connecting the jack and Jill bathroom do not really close so this does limit some privacy.

Great spot plenty of room for our family of 7. Quiet neighborhood!
