Beachwalk Villa 11 - Walk to Beach & Downtown Area! Partial Ocean Views

The unit was ready early, clean, and stocked nicely. The unit is spacious and for four adults it worked well. It's in a great location; literally a minute to walk to Pier 101 and around the corner from Center St. You have a small view of the ocean. Some things to consider: You will be able to hear the people next door and above with type of economical flooring the units have. With it being in a desirable location, the noise in the surrounding area starts earlier and ends later than you would think. Sitting on the patio in the morning/evening while enjoying a beverage or some quietude doesn't last long. It was noisey by 7:30am until about 10:40pm. The overall experience was good. If you don't want to drive or don't mind noise, then the Beachwalk Villas are an excellent and affordable choice.

Amenities were in perfect condition! The condo was perfectly located and very inviting!

Very noisy at night from restaurant next door. Light at door was burnt out when we got there on Tuesday, I called every day, wasn't fixed until Friday. The jetted hot tub didn't work, hadn't worked for a while and couldn't be fixed. Fruit flies all over kitchen and especially near trash can area, had to get spray. Sliding door to balcony very hard to open, had to spray with wd40.

This property looks spacious in the picture, but in reality, it is the angle of the shot. It is right next door to a VERY LOUD nightclub. When I say right next door, our window was inches from the wall. The furniture was pretty beat up, and the beds were pretty uncomfortable. The third bedroom was very small. Positives: location, location, location. View was pretty cool, too. Parking! Very close to everything. The hosts were very accommodating and kind.

When we arrived and putting groceries away we ran into an opened pickle jar in the cabinet, dried food stuck between plates and restaurant left overs in the microwave. I don't blame Carolina One but I did inform them so they could ask housekeeping to be more detail oriented. Otherwise, we had a great time! Seriously probably the best place to stay on Folly beach. Right next to restaurant, stores and very short walk to the beach!

Great weekend stay for my daughter's birthday, would stay again!

Stayed Weds to Monday. Ideal ocean view from deck n LR windows. Close to everything. Nevet moved car except shopping at Walmart n Patriot Point in Charleston and USN Yorktown.Great restaurants and not stuffy.Definitely a go back to for us. 2 middle aged women.

My family and I loved it! It was clean and just what we needed for our vacation! You could not get a more perfect location! We are hoping to book this again in the future!

We loved the location!!!! That was the best part! Above us were people with children and there was stomping all day and evening, even the adults. We were woke up at 6 am one morning to jack hammering, then some kind of machinery. There was limited kitchen needs, like dish cloths, pans, etc. We experienced a water leak from 2 lights, one worse than the other on Friday evening. I contacted the company that takes care of the property and was told they would call me back in a few minutes. I did not get anything until the next day after we left because our time was up and we were coming home so I had to leave a bowl to catch water and towels around it to protect the floor. The location was fabulous but the noise was bad from above and construction. But we did enjoy the location and surroundings.

Perfect location if you want restaurants, shops, coffee/ice cream, and beach access all walking distance. Enjoyed our small ocean view from the deck and only a minute, across the street, walk to the pier for our morning sunrise beach walks. The villa met all our family's needs and amenities. We didn't need to drive anywhere unless we went to the lighthouse or into Charleston. The Property Manager provided so much good information, it made travel and planning convenient. Looking forward to go back!!

This Villa was the perfect place for our family vacation! It was clean, spacious, and comfortable! The location can’t be beat! One block from the beach / pier and half a block from the main strip! We would definitely stay there again!
