Everyone will love the open floor plan and all the room for spending great quality family time. And with two bedrooms and baths on each side of the great room everyone can be guaranteed quiet time as well. The floor plan works great for families or couples, and particularly well for extended/multiple families vacationing together. Two of the bedrooms open onto the deck for spectacular sunrise vistas. brIn 2021 we replaced the living room furniture, clothes dryer and refrigerator. We've added a desk with art and business supplies, and the attic was sealed with spray foam for additional heating/cooling comfort and energy efficiency. In 2022 we refinished the light maple floors throughout the house and replaced the dishwasher and disposal. In 2025 we replaced the hot tub, repainted the columns and underside of the house, and added a swing to complement our hammock under our house. We also replaced all four sliding doors.
