Stayed Aug 6, 2022This house was an excellent choice; the distribution of the rooms was great for a family. The outside porch and game room make ours stay very enjoyable since we are outside people. The kitchen has everything you need so you don’t have to run to the grocery store right away. After all; I will recommend this house; location was incredible; just a short walk to the beach.

Stayed Jul 2, 2022Sweet 16 was great. This is our second year staying and it was just as wonderful as the first. Easy walk to the beach. Plenty of space to move around with kids. Beautiful view of the sunset over the salt marsh. Everyone enjoyed the pool and ping pong table. John is a great host. So very helpful with questions about the house as well as the island. We hope we can stay again in the future.

Stayed Apr 16, 2022Perfect house for our family. John is great! Everything you need is there, even plenty of kitchen towels. We especially enjoyed the back porch at sunset over the marsh. We will definitely be back!
