Stayed May 30, 2024First family trip to Edisto and it was great. The house was clean and stocked with any cookware needed. There is no driveway so had to park in yard which wasnt a big deal. The beach access was right across street so golf cart i rented was not necessary unless just wanting to ride around.

Stayed Jun 21, 2025This was a good little house for our family. For a family with little ones, the layout isn't great for naps or early bedtimes. All the bedrooms and bathrooms are downstairs, and all the living is upstairs. Super well stocked with kitchen gear, and the appliances were great. HIGHLY recommend getting a garbage disposal.

Stayed May 26, 2025We had a wonderful stay at this beach rental! The home was in a fantastic location—just steps from beach access right across the street. It was very clean, spacious, and well-suited for both adults and kids to relax and enjoy their time. The covered porches were a highlight, providing the perfect spot to unwind on hot days or during rainy afternoons. We truly appreciated how comfortable and convenient everything was. Highly recommend!

Stayed Aug 6, 2022Our vacation at a Moments Peace was truly wonderful! We wished that could have stayed another week. The island is beautiful and quiet. It was just our family was looking for to slow down and reconnect. The house is equipped with everything you need/want and is warm and inviting. We especially enjoyed sitting on the porches at sunrise & sunset. Having the beach access directly across the street was super convenient too. We cannot wait to return to Edisto Island and we hope to stay at Moments Peace on our next family vacation.

Stayed Mar 28, 2021This three bedroom house right across the street from public beach access was perfect for our group! Parents and grandparents each had one of the rooms with a queen bed and our three kids (4, 5, and 8) shared the room with two full size beds. The listing didn't mention WiFi or washer and dryer but both were included. The ocean view picture on the website doesn't do it justice. While you're across the street, there's a great view of the ocean from the second story balcony. The kitchen had everything you'd need to cook and all appliances worked well. Highly recommend this place!
