Good for extended family. Had a good time.would suggest a handrail for steps to house.

Very interesting house, kitchen was a bit small. Beautiful yard and great location. Close access to the beach. Would have been nice to have a larger refrigerator.

The kitchen was small and the refrigerator and freezer was very small for a house this size. We had to use 2 coolers with ice to be able to keep everything cool. We loved the yard and setting. The entry really needs a handrail or 2 as the stairs are very steep to get to the house. With all that said we enjoyed our stay of 11 nights at this house.

Wonderful place for our family to enjoy the ocean. Lots of room inside and outside on the deck and yard with ocean views.

We loved staying in this house. There were 8 women and we had the best time. We laughed so much it was a good thing that neighbors were not too close. The house was clean, the furniture and the beds comfortable. It was exactly as described. No complaints at all.

Getting on & off of the highway onto Seal Rock St. was difficult & dangerous. The 4 steps leading down to the front door lacked a hand rail. The BBQ was dirty, a fire alarm was beeping, the dishwasher wasn't working, the washer wasn't working, there was a leak under the kitchen sink, The linens needed to be replaced & an electrical inspection should be made because an outlet in one of the bedrooms was sparking when anything was plugged in. The front door couldn't be locked from the outside. The owner & manager need to address these issues to make this property safe & comfortable.

Location was great, the house looked as if it hadn't been vacuumed or cleaned in awhile. A lot of dust, spider webs, and debris on the carpets. Bedding was decent. Towels looked dingy and stained. The living room floor seems like an inch hire than the rest of the house leaving an elevation change which my grandmother kind of tripped on so be careful there. Also the bbq was absolutely disgusting and full of grease and mold so i was forced to run out and buy my own since i had a bunch of meat to grill. I probably won't be going back to this residence. Paying a high cleaning fee when the house wasn't very clean to begin with was a huge disappointment.

This house was such a disappointment. The house was filthy the dishes had dry food on the utensils, coffee cups, plates, and cookware. We had to pre wash everything in the kitchen before we could use it. The carpet had stains all over it and hadn’t been vacuumed. There was candy and food all over the carpet. The microwave door was broken so we couldn’t open it or use it . The coffee pot leaked, the toilet ran all night long in the back bedroom, the upstairs closet door fell on my daughter when she opened it. All the beds squeaked every time you move. They asked that you wash and dry the towels before leaving but the dryer didn’t work and when I tried to get ahold of someone to let them know, no one answered or returned the phone message or text message. We let the maintenance guy know and he was rude about it and said the owner already knows the dryer don’t work and it wasn’t his problem. I could go on and on about this house it was awful. I spent most of our first day there cleaning the house so we could have a clean place to stay .The location was good and the yard was nice. I wouldn’t recommend this house to anyone.
