Property was exactly as advertised. We had no issues during our mid-June stay. We loved the close and easy beach access and that there were sand toys in the garage. Will book here again!

Really enjoyed our stay. No easy access to take the dogs to use the potty, but otherwise perfect.

It was a fantastic place to stay

We’ve stayed at this location several times. We were informed on the way to the rental that the dishwasher had broken, and then charged for not washing the by hand and they gave no credit for the defective property. We had to spot clean the carpet n arrival due to stains on the carpet. The carpet is white and in poor shape. It’s a good location but the aging home is not well maintained and we will not be using it again due to the poor service.

My family enjoyed our stay at your house! We loved the short walk to the beach! The house is very comfortable with plenty of room.

Nice house. Great location. Easy access to beach. Only gave 4 stars for cleanliness due to cobwebs on very high valted ceilings. Only other issue was wall of windows on top floor made it pretty warm, but breeze from open windows cooled it down to tollerable temps. Would stay at this house again and would recommend to friends and family. Property management agency is local to the area and easy to get ahold when needed(reponded timely for the two questions we had).

We really liked the location and easy beach access, but this property needs updating. I discussed several issues with property management after our stay, which included ants in the kitchen and a broken dishwasher. There is one tiny television in the large family room with only basic cable. Furniture is old and outdated. Basically, not much effort put into this rental property. Cheap, plastic chairs on the back deck with a peek a boo view of the ocean. Upstairs living space was very hot, with no AC. Just one ceiling fan which didn’t help. This property has a lot of potential. The location was quiet and peaceful.

Large house for our family of 5. Easy access to beach. Partially obstructed beach view but you can still watch the sun set from the porch. We liked all the books and games to look through.

The house definitely needs a deep cleaning. The ceiling around the ceiling fan had tons of dust hanging off of it as well as the fan, which also made a ton of noise. The window tracks were full of who knows what. The baskets hanging on the master bath walls had at least an inch of dust on them. The deck was a bit unnerving to walk on. The beds were very very uncomfortable, felt the springs inside them while laying down. They were so uncomfortable that our 8 yr old asked if we could go home early so he could sleep in his bed. I’m not sure where the cleaning deposit goes but I don’t think the house gets cleaned the way it should for those prices.
