Lovely home with all necessary amenities and lots of space for the family. The most comfortable master bed I slept in all week! We had a wonderful time.

We just checked out after a weeks stay. Herr are the Pros and coms Pro: Great view of the ocean, there was enough room for all of us. The kitchen was stock with pots, pans and plenty of serving wear. The view from the master bedroom was beautiful. Cons: The beds must be over 10 years old. One room had 2 twins that is great for kids but no adult over 5’11 and were super uncomfortable. 2 guest ended up sleeping on the couches. The couches sunk in as well. No wood was supplied. The listing said that wood was supplied, we ended up buying a lot of wood. It gets cold in the house. There is no Netflix on the upstairs tv or cable. Good thing we brought an attachment so we could connect it to the tv. Do not take long showers or baths. The hot water runs out fast. This is why I am giving 4 stars.

We had a great stay at this lovely home. Lots of room. Great kitchen area!! House was nice and clean! 4 stars only because the dryer needs help!! It sounds like it’s about to give out! It did dry my clothes but it makes lots of noise! Also home could use a bigger TV. It’s a little tricky to find, cause it’s hidden a bit but I kinda like that! Close to some beautiful beaches and a great restaurant just down the street. The Luna restaurant I believe was what it was called! Thank you for the use of your lovely home!

Beautiful, clean and comfortable place. Plenty of space, beautiful views, super close to the beach area, plenty of towel-always is a plus-and shampoo. The only thing was the coffee maker (2 of them) didn’t have coffee pot. Definitely will comeback!

We really loved the house. Very home-like feel, comfortable, and easy. Kitchen was well stocked with any utensils needed to cook. The only problems are that both toilets upstairs need repair as they run constantly if not opened up and played with a bit. The heater in the main family room didn’t seem to do anything, which meant the heater in the kitchen was doing most of the work. And some raccoons that live in the area like to eat out of the garbage can every night witch means picking it up each day. Otherwise, great house, great location! Our family loved it and will stay here again. Lots of space inside for kids to play!

This house was gorgeous, absolutely stunning. However there are several pros and cons that impacted our star, I'm giving this a 5 star review because truly all of my needs were met or exceeded. Pros - Well stocked kitchen - Shower heads were amazing - Beautiful view - CLEAN - Lots of extra bedding - Provided doggy gates were a plus for our 4 small dogs - Filtered water in the fridge, so you dont have to drink tap water. For those that are familiar with the coast line, you know the tap water isnt great unless you filter it somehow. Cons - Downstairs area with the pool table needs some work. The walls were scuffed and scraped all over and need to be addressed - The hot water/Tea water spout on the sink does not work - Carpets were stained. This is par for the course for a pet friendly home and it didnt bother me or my family much, but it may be an issue for some. - Cobwebs and dust everywhere! This wasnt much of an issue for our family, but we noticed there was a good amount of cobwebs in the skylight in the kitchen and coating the glass railing on the deck. This may be something thats addressed on a deep clean and we understood how gross things get outside at the coast, but its worth noting. The owner has also chosen quite a few decorations for the home that made it feel homey and lived in - but they need to be dusted. Also lastly not really a pro or a con, but apparently this home is scent free. I don't recall seeing this in the documentation or the listing, but in both the bathrooms when you open the cabinets there is a little sign and a complimentary bottle of unscented conditioner. This does not bother me it just felt weird to me. Maybe I missed something in the listing, but oh well. All in all it was a wonderful house that fit us all very comfortably and deserves the 5 star rating.

The house was nice and roomy and the kitchen was well equipped. But we encountered several problems. There was a bad leak under the kitchen sink and the dishwasher wasn’t working. We reported these to Vacasa and they said they’d alert the local team but we never heard back from anyone. Then later we discovered a hand-written note, presumably written by a previous tenant, saying the dishwasher was out of order. The note was dated nearly a month earlier. If Vacasa chooses not to fix an appliance, they should at least stop claiming it as an amenity on their website. And they should place a note prominently on the broken appliance, warning visitors not to rely on it.

Please VACASA review. Dish washer was not repaired and previous renter report d it was broken. The note said it would be repaired. We reported (called and spoke to someone) toilet flapper in the master bath was disintegrating and needed to be replaced. They service said they would repair on the 23rd, no one came and no one notified they were in fact not coming. This meant we were up and down the stairs to the other bathroom or taking the toilet lis off and holding the flapper closed while the tank filled. Obviously no too convenient! Otherwise we enjoyed the house and location, thank you!

We had a pleasant stay. The house is lovely and in a beautiful, secluded location. But, there are definitely some things about it that are not ideal. Firstly, the hosts really should replace the lock box. It's very hard to figure out how to open it. And, the secondary lock box appeared to be broken. We never did figure out how to open it. Secondly, they should provide a note about finding the house because Google maps will not actually take you to there. You have to continue past the location Google takes you to in order to find the driveway that leads up to the house. A sign at the end of the drive way would also be helpful as this was incredible confusing for my senior relatives who were ahead of us and who wound up wandering in the woods in the rain at night trying to find the house. And, then they couldn't figure out how to get the lock box open, so that was not a great start to the stay. We didn't use the washing machine, so can't comment on that, but I want to second what others said about the hot water. There is not enough for two people to shower back-to-back. Also, regarding the carpets, the downstairs area smells of pee. I think many wouldn't notice it, but I'm sensitive to smells, so it's very strong to me. Also, don't expect any coffee or tea to be provided. There was absolutely nothing like that and the cabinets were completely bare. But, I do want to say that I appreciated that there was no cleaning required at check out. And, other than the downstairs, the upstairs common areas - the bedrooms, kitchen, and bathrooms were beautiful, comfortable, and spacious, and kitchen well-stocked with dishes and cookware. So, this is a nice place to stay, although not without any inconvenience.

Home was great. Mostly clean, plenty of space for our 8-month old to crawl around without getting into trouble, more plates, bowls, cups, and towels than you’ll ever need. Could use some dusting on the hanging lights. Dishwasher is currently broken (unknown to us prior to checking in). If you’re a long shower-taker, the home seems to run out of hot water faster than it should. Really good couple of food places nearby and Newport only a short drive away for groceries.
