The house sits on a ridge above the street providing both privacy and a partial view of the ocean from the spacious front deck, and easy beach access is only a hundred feet away, plus an arcade game room in the daylight basement for rainy days!brbrNote that this house used to be called Perchalope :)brbrThis is a great place for a large or extended family, several families or a group of friends. brbrThe main floor has a living room with wood stove and a view of the ocean from a large picture window.
