We loved our stay, it’s a lovely setting, and so close to the beach. The kitchen is well stocked and there are beach towels and supplies for a day at the beach. We want to stay again!

Beautiful home! Right by the beach. Home was well supplied with pretty much everything you would need. Quiet and scenic area. Plenty to do in the area or you can just relax on the deck. Was a very nice stay!

We had the BEST week of family time! Our group was generations in just four people and we were all comfortable and happy at this property. I love to cook and the kitchen had just about everything I needed. My husband and daughter took our dog to the beach so she could run with reckless abandon everyday. My Mom had brought puzzles and games and we all had fun with those. The views are spectacular and the beach goes on for miles. There is a lot of common space for everyone to be together and do their own things at the same time if the want. We spent a lot of time at the large dining room table playing games and doing puzzles. I perfected my artful fire construction in the wood burning fireplace which made for wonderfully cozy evenings in the open living and dining room area.The upstairs main suite is the absolute best - so prepare to fight over who gets to sleep there! My husband and I loved the large bathroom and comfortable king sized bed. The sitting area with very comfortable chairs and a small TV was a great bonus. All in all it was a fabulous Spring Break for our little family of four - my Mom was able to navigate the house and grounds with no issue; our teenager had a blast and shed her usual teen angst to hang with the fam; and my husband and I got to walk on the beach and watch a little TV and read on our own in the main suite sitting room.We all can’t wait to return - hopefully next year!!

This beautiful home is clean, spacious and comfortable with a full wall (and more) of large windows directly overlooking the ocean and wide coastal area. Stunning!! It is a cozy place to be in torrential rain plus easy access to explore the beach when the weather cooperates. Our family enjoyed our short visit and hope to return in the future.

Wonderful airy space with clear view of the ocean. Just step out the door and the beach is a short walk. Comfortable home with a well stocked kitchen. Easy drive to nearby towns and attractions.

This is a beautiful home in a great location! Bright, nicely furnished, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, good heating, lovely views of the ocean and easy access to beach walks. This is the first of many Oregon coast rentals we have stayed in that we would not hesitate book again.Another plus is that our dog was welcome. Well worth the price!We had a little snafu trying to figure out how to operate the stovetop, and after texting the owner, got a phone call explaining what we needed to do. This a great place, do not hesitate!

What a wonderful home to celebrate with family (including our fur baby) for Thanksgiving! The house is exactly like it is pictured and was very clean. We rent several beach houses a year and this is now one of our favorites. Great neighborhood and we had a great time exploring the shops in Rockaway.

My family and I had a wonderful time at this beautiful home. Its location, only a couple dozen steps from the ocean, made it particularly fun and convenient. The home itself is beautiful, very clean and well appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking in and dog towels, blankets and bowls were a great addition. We couldn't have asked any more from this location or host.

Great open spaces for relaxing inside the house and direct access to the beach from the backyard. We woke up to a beautiful view and spent most of our time on the beach and in the town.

This is a wonderful quiet property! It is fully equipped for all needs — big kitchen and open living space make spending time as a family so comfortable. Big bathrooms and laundry space. Everything was super clean. We so appreciated the easy check-in and check-out process and being able to communicate with the owner. This was our first time in this property, having stayed in other neighborhood rentals, but hope to stay here again!

Well appointed, comfortable house. Close to the beach and beautiful views. Great for our group of 6.Check out cleaning procedures were unexpectedly long, which delayed our checkout time and we got charged an extra fee. Take care to start earlier in the morning to complete 1 loads of laundry and other tasks.

Perfect location. Wonderfully clean. Well outfitted for guests. Pictures and description are accurate. We loved that there was a little area of sand off the back deck for our grandchildren to play when we couldn't get to the beach as soon as they wanted.

Amazing house! For dogs and babies! The deck is phenomenal and the sandy backyard is perfect for “beach play” when the beach is too windy. Host was very responsive and helpful.

We spent three nights at this home, and found it to be perfect in every way. It is clean, roomy, comfortable and well-furnished. The icing on the cake is the short walk through the dune grass to the beautiful and uncrowded beach. We will be back!

We loved our stay at this property! The house is beautiful and offers lovely views of the ocean. It was very clean and well stocked with everything we could need. What made the stay perfect were all the little touches...lots of extra cozy blankets, a kitchen that had everything we could possibly need, elegant beach decor, blankets for the dog...everything that makes a vacation rental feel like a home. We will definitely be back!

Our family enjoyed our stay here. Very peaceful neighborhood and short walk on trail to beach. It rained most the time we were here but when the sun came out we enjoyed sitting on back deck. Bedrooms had space heaters which were much appreciated as it got cooler at night.We enjoyed sitting by the fire watching the storm.

Our new wintertime family vacation tradition will forever be here! We are a little OCD when it comes to clean, tidy, & cozy places to stay - this checks all of those boxes! We are a family of 4, and our mini labradoodle of course joined us as well! Communication with the host was seamless, instructions for the home (a well-organized 3-ring binder on the kitchen counter) was helpful & well communicated, and the home was just….well - perfect. Great layout - timelessly decorated, spacious, quality furniture, comfortable beds/pillows, lots of natural light, clean (pet-friendly, but no weird smells or stains anywhere - which is hard to come by in most vacation rentals), and best of all - cozy! Plenty of little extras throughout - dog towels in the laundry room to wipe wet paws, linens & extra towels in the bathrooms, toiletry items in the cabinets, step stool, a wide-variety of pots/pans/cooking items, houseplants…the list goes on! One of our favorite things is the wood-burning fireplace. Since we stayed in wintertime, it was definitely a cozy extra that we needed. I could further elaborate on how great this place is, but, honestly, you just have to stay there. It’s rated 10/10 for a reason. Thank you Pete & Linda! We’ll be back next year!

House was clean and neat, exactly as set out in the listing. Great setting, as private as a beach cottage can be. Everything works! Owner is on the ball and a quick phone call away. Would definitely visit again.

The beach house rental exceeded our expectations in every way. The property offers stunning views that create the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. The accommodations were exceptionally comfortable, providing a cozy and inviting space for our family. Its premium location made it easy to explore the area, with close proximity to activities like crab snaring—a highlight of our trip.We also enjoyed visiting the nearby Tillamook Cheese Factory, which was both fun and delicious. Dining at Crab Rock Pizza was another treat; their Italian-style pizzas are not to be missed. Evenings were spent around the fire, creating wonderful family memories.The host was fantastic, with quick and responsive communication that made our stay seamless. We would absolutely recommend this beach house to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing coastal retreat.

Quite possibly the BEST rental property we have ever stayed - and we travel alot! Stunning location with easy access to an incredible beach. Accommodations were more than comfortable- beds were awesome, kitchen is over stocked with everything you could imagine, including multiple spices. Very roomy living area and master bedroom. Can’t recommend highly enough - we would LoVE to come back!

The layout of this house was awesome for families. A huge kitchen/dining area opened right into a very comfortable living room with a ton of natural light and views of the ocean from every angle.

We thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful home on the beach. So wonderful to be able to bring our pets.
