Wonderful hosts! Such a beautiful home…Hope we get to stay again!!!

The place was outstanding literally only needed your toothbrush! The host were very friendly and checked in with us more then once to make we had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the recliners a huge bonus! I would definately stay there again!

Julie and Jim were very welcoming. They provided really useful responses to our questions before our arrival and left a great resource book with directions and suggestions. But most of all, they have created a very comfortable space with everything we might need during our stay. The space was very clean and well layed out. Thanks so much, we really enjoyed our stay.

The home was extremely clean. The hosts left a bottle of wine and an assortment of snacks and sodas to share. Each bathroom had a hairdryer as well as toiletries: qtips, makeup wipes, shampoo, cream rinse and body wash. We traveled with our granddaughter. She enjoyed the basket of toys and books. The outside sitting area was very relaxing with the sound of the water pond next door The location was excellent

Location was perfect for our stay. Home is very clean and secure with a fenced private area. Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and linens were great quality. Excellent overall experience, thank you!

This guest house is a gem of a property! Clean, well-cared for, exactly as pictured and described. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking - from pots and pans to spices. Quiet neighborhood, 15 minutes to downtown. Wonderful stay!

A wonderful house with wonderful hosts.

This was a textbook perfect stay. The hosts were fantastic communicators. They were there to greet us (it’s a bit unusual to find) and checked on us. they were amazing (and left us treats, always nice. The house was perfect for our needs. Highly recommend.

House was immaculately clean and there were special touches to welcome us. Host was more than accommodating, with excellent communication and help with suggestions on what to see and during our stay. Kitchen was very well stocked and everything we wanted to see and do was with 15 minutes. We will definitely be back!

My wife and I had another great stay here. The small house is wonderfully maintained and is a great place to relax or have it be your temporary home while you explore. Also the hosts left many thoughtful snacks, drinks, and wine which was a nice surprise. We’ll be back.

This place was perfect for 4 people. We had a geat mini-vacation with in Portland. The location was central to everything we wanted to do and after a long day of hiking and adventuring out it was a great place to come home to.

This is a wonderful property that met our every need. Beautifully designed, it allowed my husband and I to spread out. It is impeccably clean with a terrific kitchen. Most important for us, it’s an easy walk to shopping and getting around. Julie and Jim are fabulous to work with and very generous. Thank you for everything!

This was my 3rd stay here. The house is so cute and comfortable, and it's ideally located for my visits to Portland. Julie and Jim are terrific hosts!

Julie & Jim were amazing host. We traveled from Florida for my daughter’s family weekend at the University of Portland and we couldn’t ask for a better location. The drive was less than 5 minutes and the house had everything you could need. Plenty of towels, toiletries, and snacks for my teenage son. My wife was astonished by the little details of the decorations. The communication with the host was the best, we came on a rare snow storm and they kept us updated on road conditions even offered the house for early check in and late checkout. Considering my daughter still has a couple years left @UP we will try and stay here again.

Loved staying at this lovely space. Close to loads of delicious food and hosts are delightful. Will certainly come back!

this place is epic and the owners are as good as it gets. fast communication and all instructions clear. the place is really homey and modern all in one. everything worked and everything was better than described. we will be back. thank you for the amazing week!!!

Such a wonderful spot when we are with our daughter and her partner so close to our other daughter and her family!! The rooms are very comfortable and in addition my very favorite robe is available even though I didn't bring it with me!!!!! And Lyrical Lynda also loves the tv connect to a music station! Best VRBO ever and we often use those!!!

My family visited our daughter in Portland and we stayed at this wonderful house. Perfect size for three of us with nice modern features. It was very comfortable and cozy and we had a great time there. The owners were communicative and thoughtful and we would definitely go back.

This is a lovely property and Jim and Julie have thought of everything! I had to work, the WiFi and small desk were up to the rigors of Teams meetings. When I needed to make dinner, cabinet spices went beyond salt and pepper and the stove was top notch. When I had to do laundry, there was detergent. In short, it was like being at home but in a lovely small house. Will definitely use again.

Julie and Jim are lovely hosts and the “tiny house” is in fact spacious and beautifully appointed.

Julie and Jim were wonderful hosts. Their guest house was a great escape from the hotel vibe! It's beautiful inside and out. Will definitely stay there again the next time that we are in Portland.

Me and my sister stayed at the property and we just loved it. It’s super cute and cozy and we love the front yard area. The hosts were amazing and helpful. Definitely will stay here again.
