A private, elevated walkway leads from the lower shaded deck right down to the beach. Oceanfront, with a deep lot and plenty of parking, this home is located on one of the most popular streets in Surf City. South Shore Drive is conveniently located to everything and is a low mileage street (25 mph) perfect for taking a quick walk or bike ride to the pier, restaurants or the Surf City Ocean Pier (.05 mile) IGA for groceries. This dog-friendly property allows one dog max for an additional non-refundable fee of $300.brbrOn the inside you will find everything is fresh and new. With contemporary coastal decor, soothing colors, and comfortable seating and beds. Bed linens, bath linens and kitchen towels are provided by a professional linen company, leaving no question that they are clean and sanitary. There is no need to bring these things from home. Beds will be made prior to guest arrival.brbrIn the kitchen you are greeted with gleaming countertops and new appliances, including a dishwasher and built-in microwave. A Keurig and a traditional coffee maker are also provided. A Welcome Kit including basic first night necessities such as: bathroom tissue, paper towels, dish washing and laundry soap will be left for you on the counter and is included in your stay. brbrFor entertainment there are smart TVs in all the bedrooms and the living room to log into your favorite channels.
