The dining area seats 8-10 and there is additional seating for 4 at the pub table which both allows you to eat and dolphin watching at the same time. The four bedrooms comfortably sleep ten; two master suites one with a king and one with a queen, and additional two bedrooms one with queen and another with a full bed and a day bed with a trundle bed. brbrThe wrap-around deck has lots of sunning areas across the complete ocean-side of the house and wraps around the front to watch the sunsets. When you need a break from the sand, there is an coastal observation deck with table and chairs that you will find is a great place for your sunrise coffee in the morning, and romantic nights watching the moonlight glimmer on the ocean.brbrAlso on the deck for you is a convenient hot/cold outdoor shower, after playing at the beach, and an outdoor sink to wash the treasures you find on the beach. brbrThe King Master bedroom has a king-size bed with a full-size dual recliner couch, a 42” smart HD TV, and a private bath. This makes the king's master bedroom its own private getaway. The Queen Master is oceanfront with a queen-size bed, 32” smart HD TV, and its own private full bathroom. The two additional bedrooms are between the two master suites. One has a queen-size bed, 32” smart HD TV, and the fourth bedroom has a full bed, and a day bed with a trundle bed, Pack N Play, and its own 32” smart HD TV. There is an additional full bath just across the hall from these two bedrooms. brbrThe living area has a 48” smart HD TV, DVR, with a Blue Ray. (I know who needs TVs, with the ocean just outside the door) The DVR is a nice treat you won’t find in many rentals. Record your favorite shows or pause live TV so that you can enjoy your vacation on your time, and not miss any of your favorite shows or sports events. You can also maximize your vacation time by recording your favorite shows and being able to fast-forward through the commercials. This gives you more beach time with your family (usually cutting 15-20 minutes out of a 1 hr. show). The High-speed Wi-Fi Wireless Internet and unlimited long distance are available at no cost to our guests. brbrTHE HARDEST THING IS DECIDING WHAT TO DO NEXT! There are boats/wave runners/paddle-boards/surfboards/ bikes/kayaking on the sound/parasailing/windsurfing and all your beach equipment needs available at many rental locations on the island. Located within a few miles from the house there are fishing, golf, shopping, several casual and fine dining, local bars for some great frozen drinks, and ice cream shops (for the kid in us all). The paved shoulder pathway on the main road makes jogging or biking more enjoyable as well as safe. The pathway runs the entire way from north to south of the Island (about 22 miles long). If fishing is your interest, you can surf fish or make arrangements with a fishing charter to test your skills. Did I mention the island is known for the shark’s teeth I am always looking for that big one!!brbrEnjoy watching the sunrise from the deck and soaking up all that the beach has to offer. There is no need to ever leave the property! You are away from the hustle and bustle of overcrowded beaches with all of the high-rise hotels, yet still close enough to enjoy a big city. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of sauce pans, frying pans, casserole baking dishes. Large pots for your seafood dinners and large dining table to spread out buffet style! Seating for 8 at the dining room table and 4 at the kitchen bar. The house has 3 large bedrooms with double closets and ceiling fans. The master bedroom with master bath is located at the end of the hall and is furnished with king sized bed with a Tuft and Needle mattress and large dresser. Also in the master is a smart TV. Second bedroom has queen sized bed with new mattress, TV and large dresser. Third bedroom has 2 twin beds. Linens are provided. Full bath in hallway across from twin room . Living room with queen sleeper sofa, flat screen TV with Roku streaming. Also in the kitchen is the washer/dryer in the bifold door enclosure. Enjoy quiet mornings with an ocean view while you have coffee on the large covered front deck. New deck furniture along with chairs and table for 4 makes a nice spot for breakfast and lunch . Downstairs is patio area has two large picnic tables for your alfresco dining. A fish cleaning station and charcoal grill are available downstairs for preparing your catch of the day. There is also a large outdoor shower with h/c water and separate Captain's head (bathroom). For the four legged family members, there is an enclosed dog run with shade. brCovered parking for 4 vehicles. Plenty of additional parking on both sides of house. Playground at the end of street for kids and gazebo for all to enjoy! brWe have check in at 3PM for our guests and you don't have to check out until 11 AM on you departure date! Early check in available during OFF season as long as no scheduled stay prior to your check-in date. The house is just a minutes walk from the beach access and a couple of good local watering holes across the street with pool tables and live music on the patios during warm weather. Seablings is a great bungalow on a quiet street just a couple of miles from the hustle and bustle of the heart of Surf City. We have some of our favorite local spots shown here, some have been around for generations, some are new to the island. Maybe give them a try during your stay.
