The ensuite bath includes a closet for extra storage and laundry, and shares access to the shower/tub combo with the 1/2 bath. brThere is a set of twin bunk beds tucked in the alcove with a privacy curtain.brbrIncluded with your booking is a sheet set (fitted and flat), pillowcases, and comforter for each bed (there are mattress covers/pads on the beds), bath mats for both baths and the shower/tub area, kitchen towels, and bath towel sets (one bath towel, hand towel and washcloth) for each person. The condo is cleaned, and, all linens, towels, kitchen towels and bathmats are laundered after each rental. brbrBeach towels are available for an additional cost.brbrThe kitchen is fully stocked with silverware, cookware, cooking utensils, glassware, coffee maker (brew pot), blender, hand beaters, and toaster. brbrThe covered deck faces the ocean for beautiful morning sunrises and has four chairs and a table for your use.brbrThe unit also includes a designated, lockable storage closet located in the reserved parking area under the condo for your beach chairs, toys, and other sandy items. brbrThe complex has a coin operated laundry facility located on premises, accessible by swipe card that is provided.
