Single level living and an easily accessible cabin year-round. brbr brbrPLEASE NOTE: This is the downstairs portion of our barn. Upstairs is a 1-room rental, but you are separated by 16 wood beams and insulation, not to mention a bi-locked stairwell. Parking, entrances and decks are located on opposing sides (you share only a roof). But you will absolutely hear noise :( You have your own private hot tub, your own private deck, your own private fire pit, your own private grill, your own A/C unit and your own private entrance (but you will have neighbors above you)! brbr brbrYou have access to all 20+ acres of land, land you will fall in love with and hopefully return to every year. Master King bedroom, pool table and TV room are upstairs with a main level King bedroom (that feels like a master) and one King bedroom downstairs next to your Wine Tasting Room! brbr brbrOur guest house (Honeymoon Cabin) is a rental, as well as our neighboring barns and Airstream! There will be other small families or couples on the farm enjoying the animals and amenities, however, there is no reason for anyone, other than our workers that utilize one of the garages for maintenance needs to travel up to your cabin. It sits up on the knoll overlooking the entire property (and all the amenities are private for only our cabins!) brbr brbrThe Bethel area of Sugar Grove is a quaint area, easily accessible, near everything you will need. And the corner store just up the road has all of the basics you may need from milk and eggs to gas. It’s a slower “Valle Crucis” if you are familiar with the area! We have a paved driveway with grading, it can be a difficult climb in the winter months without 4x4. We even have our own convenience store up the road on 321, Cove Creek Store, where you can buy the basics, get firewood and everything you need to cook and enjoy the mountain (and Barn) life! And Trash Can Falls is only a few miles away (swimming hole, look it up!) brbr brbrPark next to your front door with one step into the cabin. This is a very easily accessible year-round cabin (unless a blizzard hits, then no cabin is truly accessible). Although we do NOT require 4x4 in the winter months, we will always recommend 4x4 during inclement weather. brbr brbrPLEASE NOTE: There will be guests staying downstairs (a small 2-bedroom unit), but we did the best job possible of separating and segregating the two units: decks on opposite sides, parking on different sides, staircase area and locked door separating the two spaces. Although the barn is built tough with 16 beams separating the units, noise will certainly travel. The well-equipped kitchen has long granite counters, a butcher block island, Keurig maker AND a regular coffee maker, stainless steel appliances including a 5 burner gas stove. A laundry room is off the kitchen as well with a full size front end loading washer and dryer. The dining table with room for at least 12 is just a few steps away. Beyond the dining area is the great room with soaring exposed beam cathedral T&G ceilings, accented by a stone wood burning fireplace stretching to the ceiling and a wall of windows facing the east view. Comfortable furnishings are arranged around the fireplace and the large HDTV with DirecTV and all the sports and movie packages.br brThe main level has the enormous master suite.
