Beautiful Home On Wide Water!

The property was amazing!! We had the BEST time! And the weather was perfect for the Hot Tub which was in a great location and out of the wind. The property manager was very responsive and made everything so much easier, from check in to check out. If you’re looking for a great place to stay on the lake, I would highly recommend this property!!

John was amazing and was always quick to answer any questions! The house was beautiful and had plenty of room . Kitchen was fully equipped and the view if the lake was amazing. The house was beautifully decorated inside for the holiday which made it feel like home ! Would highly recommend and will be coming back in the summer to take full advantage of the water .

Great property and excellent host

Such a well-appointed home on a gorgeous lot. The sunsets were stunning! Our family thoroughly enjoyed our visit to celebrate a 40th bday. Plenty of room to spread out yet cozy enough to gather and visit. Close drive to groceries & shopping yet feels private. Excellent host and we will definitely visit again. The owner was great to deal with - communication was A. We chose to rent the boat and we had two great days at Lake Norman. The house was perfect for a small group or also would have been great with a family with kids. We would rent with this owner again.

Went to Lake Norman for a family vacation. We had the best time. The house was beautiful and very spacious. We had plenty of room for everyone. It was very clean. And when you book your stay make sure to rent the boat too.

John was easy to communicate with and answered all questions promply. The property was as advertized and within a short distance to shopping and restaurants. It was a very enjoyable vacation for my family.

We just returned home from an amazing vacation at this beautiful lake house,and we couldn’t be happier with our experience! From the moment we arrived we were blown away by the stunning views,peaceful surroundings and the cozy charm of the home. The home was well stocked definitely had a little bit of everything. The hosts were so kind very responsive and made sure everything was just right for our stay. If you are looking for a peaceful picture perfect escape this lake house is it. We are definitely planning our trip to come back next summer.

We had a great time staying here. The house has a nice layout, with full equipped kitchen. Nice short walk to the dock. John was very easy to communicate with and always answered any questions we had prior to, and during our trip. Having the boat available to rent is such a nice bonus too.

The property was exactly as pictured in vrbo. Our family of 11 had an awesome time and we will be returning.

14 family members ranging in age from 1 to 81. Beautiful property located within 5 minutes of everything you need. Renting the pontoon for the day is a must.

My nana wanted me and my bridesmaids that were coming in from all over to be able to spend the night before my wedding all together. We had an amazing weekend together relaxing and catching up. The house is beautiful!

We (11 of us) had so much fun and spent most of each day outside. There was something for everyone between the ‘beach’, fishing, swimming, hot tub, ping pong, kayaking, boating, etc. The house was well built, well maintained and well appointed. Wish we had more time there!

This lakehouse was absolutely gorgeous! The owner John was very communicative prior to checking in and was available for any questions or concerns we had during our stay. The photos are extremely accurate to the look of the property and the amenities were great! We really enjoyed the hottub, the living room with the view of the water, and the swinging porch on the dock. I would definitely recommend staying here again.

We had an amazing weekend at Almost Heaven II. We rented the boat on Saturday which was the perfect group outing. We will definitely visit again in the future!

Great property for a family gathering!

We had a great stay! John was very accommodating and communicative and the property is spacious, well equipped, and beautiful!

We enjoyed this beautiful home on the lake to meet family that live in all different areas . We fished off the dock and we got many fish (I even caught a big catfish). Location was great. Many restaurants and a grocery store close by. I would definitely stay here again.

Our daughter took her grad photos and celebrated her birthday here! Wonderful atmosphere and the host was fantastic!

We will be contacting this host about the possibility of another stay! A group of friends come together to celebrate a birthday and attend the Carolina Renn Faire locally. As the planner, I found this home online. My family owns a rental house - so when I say that this home is fantastically appointed and provides for the needs of those renting well - I MEAN IT. The upstairs kitchen is the best I have experienced in a rental home when traveling with a group. Everything was clean and organized, with plenty of blankets, pillows, and towels. The home was even designed well for effortless hosting. The owner allowed us to use our own boat at the dock on the property and had firewood and kayaks available. Checkin and checkout were a breeze without overly complicated cleaning instructions.

We had a very fun weekend on Lake Norman. John was kind enough to bring the boat over for us to take out on Saturday and it was great. The home seemed to not have been cleaned thoroughly between the previous guests and us but over all its a very nice home for a large group.

Our family vacation was amazing, thanks in large part to this awesome home on the lake. There was plenty of space for everyone to have a bed to sleep in, the house was absolutely beautifully built, and the proximity to the lake is unbeatable. We rented a boat for a fun day of tubing and we also spent lots of time outside in the huge backyard with all the kids. Really something for everyone!
