A Roku was installed on the TV in the Queen bedroom as well.brbrIn 2021, the deck was furnished with Polywood outdoor rockers and a table, new windows were installed, a new hot water heater was added, the deck floor was newly painted, and a Samsung 55” Smart TV was placed in the living room. In 2020, a new screen door was installed on the boardwalk, and touch door locks were added.brbrIn 2019, the entire house was repainted, and all bathrooms received new lights, mirrors, sinks, faucets, countertops, and cabinetry. New window treatments, a new garbage disposal, and a new kitchen light were also added. In 2018, all bedrooms received new mattresses, and the kitchen was stocked with new dishes, utensils, and comfort amenities such as cushions and pillows.brbrIn 2017, a brand-new AC unit installed, as well as a sofa bed and love seat.
