Exceptionally Clean 3Br/3Ba Oceanfront Condo in the Heart of the Crystal Coast

This is the second time we have rented the condo. It is wonderful. The views are beautiful. The place is clean and the hosts are amazing. I would recommend this rental highly. It is a wonderful place to relax and then enjoy your time at the beach.

Richard was very welcoming and answered any questions we had. The condo was beautiful as well as the view. My parents, who are in their 80s, sat at the window all week watching the ocean, the birds, and the dolphins! I loved the easy beach access. The master bedroom had a split head king bed not a split king but we figured it out. You can't go wrong renting this condo!

Richard was very welcoming and gave detailed and helpfulinstructions on the condominium’s location. It was very clean, attractively decorated, had a well equipped kitchen, and a dynamite view. We all loved sitting by the windows and watching the porpoises and magnificent waves roll in.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean and well maintained. Hosts were friendly and on top of keeping us informed about everything. Easy check in and out. Has a fantastic view. Our only negative was the bed in the master bedroom. It is a split sleep number bed and I’m sure a lot of people would love that but it doesn’t suit how we sleep. Other than that that, it’s a great property.

This rental was excellent…..everything was as described,and the host was very accommodating!place was very clean and the beds and furniture were super comfortable!would definitely stay there again!

Really enjoyed our stay! Very clean, updated, spacious, great view, comfortable beds. Kitchen was well equipped as well. Easy access to to the beach too! Loved also that it was a punch code to get in so no keeping up with keys. Hosts were great to communicate with.

Unit was exactly as advertised. Very clean and easy access to beach. Loved being on end of building as there was no outside noise. Property is very private. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a good, quiet and relaxing getaway. Owner was very responsive and answered all questions promptly. Communication was very good.

The unit was exactly what we needed and met our expectations. The owner was very nice and available for any questions or concerns we had. Thanks Richard for being such a great host. The only reason I gave the stay a four is because the pool was outdated and wasn’t cleaned on a daily basis.

So, would I stay here again? Absolutely! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few simple meals, beds were comfortable water pressure in the bathrooms was good, living room furniture was nice and comfortable, and the electronics worked great. The view off the back deck was great, and there was newer deck furniture out there. My favorite feature was the big window in the living room. As far as the host is concerned, I communicated with the host more than any other I've rented from. He has some standard practices I wish were best practices used among more hosts. Not only was he responsive, but he was proactive on several occasions.

Our host was very communicative about the condo and texted us several times to be sure that there were no problems or questions. All needs were and requests were addressed. We're very happy with our stay.

What a wonderful place to celebrate momentous birthdays and our 50th anniversary! The furniture was not only beautiful , but also comfortable. The view of the beach was spectacular. The hosts were easily available to answer questions. We're already looking forward to coming back next year!

This is the loveliest VRBO we have had. Spotless when we arrived. Breathtaking view of the ocean. Steps from the beach. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed. Richard was responsive and gracious every time we communicated. Altogether perfect for a cozy winter stay for us.

We had a beautiful week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The ocean view from this unit is wonderful and we saw dolphins almost every day. The unit is well equipped and owners are easy to communicate with. We would stay here again.

This condo was by far the nicest we've stayed in on the island. It was very clean as other reviewers have said. Everything looked new and was in great condition. The decor was lovely, the colors and artwork were well thought out. The furniture and the beds were really comfortable. Kitchen was well-stocked. The layout was perfect for us. My husband and I had the front bedroom, and our daughter and her two teens stayed in the back bedrooms. Having 3 bathrooms was awesome! The view was perfect from inside and on the balcony. Wifi worked well. Richard could not have been easier to work with. He quickly responded to the few questions we had. I would gladly stay here again the next time we get to the island.

Everything was as advertised: clean, well-stocked; excellent communication. Can’t beat the location for beach access and ocean views. Renovated bathrooms were very well done.

Ocean front was the whole reason we booked this unit and it was the highlight for sure! Loved having easy el access to the beach and the showers downstairs were a life saver too. Beds were comfortable, living room was a great space to hang out in, and the fridge and freezer were perfect for what we needed. All in would highly recommend to friends and family!

This condo is as beautiful and clean as pictured. What made the stay even better was the communication from the owner to ensure all was as expected. The owner was so conscientious and accommodating. There were four adults and two children in my party and we were very comfortable. I can’t recommend this condo more. You won’t regret it.

Our stay at this condo was beyond our expectations. The unit was extremely clean and very welcoming. The instructions on how to get to the condo and how to access the condo and amenities were clear and concise. We took a trip to the aquarium which is close by and enjoyed fresh seafood at a few of the local restaurants. Richard and Tina were the perfect hosts.
