Beautiful oceanfront condo in the heart of Pine Knoll Shores with pool

We had a fun week with our family. The building was peaceful, and the beach was easily accessible.

Nice unit, close to beach. Master bed mattress may need to be replaced due to sagging at head of bed. Overall pleasant stay.

The location was great and not very crowded at the beach.

We really enjoyed this property. We were sceptical bc other reviews didn't like this property being on the first floor bc of not being able to see the ocean from the porch. That's 75% true but while we couldn't see the ocean fully we could still see a good chunk of it. What we absolutely loved about this property is it's 200 steps from the porch to beach( yes we counted ?) We were able to set up our beach camp ( canopy, chairs, skim boards, etc) and come and go during the day. We went back to the condo for lunch instead of packing it all then go back down to the beach. My daughter who is not a huge beach kid (13) was able to walk back to the condo when she was done for the day. They also have a pool so when we were tired of waves ..to the pool went ! Another plus is there are hoses at the house to rinse all the sand off everything. Its a great place to stay! Highly recommend

The condo was in decent shape, new flooring and some updated appliances. It featured a wet bar and washrooms with some updates that made it easy and convenient. Furniture and blackout curtains made it easy to rest. The biggest feature was the walkout balcony so you could store your beach items on the deck and walk straight out towards the beach access point. A slight negative of first floor, is there isn't much of a view, but we could still see a glimpse and still had plenty of breeze. Another pro was all the TVs were smart units, so were able to provide all the same shows to keep kiddo's occupied. Cons - there seems to be a drainage issue as we had to get a plunger for clogs on the sinks/toilets. Outdoor lights and receptacles are all non-functioning. Overall - would recommend this space again for the young family. I would go back, but don't believe I will be able to during summer due to the higher rates with rental pricing soaring.

We really enjoyed the back porch area and the close and comfortable walk to the beach and pool. It is a beautiful and very peaceful area.

This condo helped us host our families with children. It is comfortable, clean and the bonus . . . it is on the ground floor which helps the kids get easily onto the beach.
