Stayed Jul 20, 2025I'm always torn between gatekeeping this wonderful spot for ourselves and publicly sharing what a truly special place that Shutters really is. What I will say is, THE VIEWS! They are simply unmatched, and as I type this I am feeling withdrawl from having those ocean vistas around me all day. The property is well-appointed with nice furnishings and everything you need to stay for a week; well-maintained inside and out by professional staff and conscientious homeowners; and well-situated, near Atlantic Beach shopping and Pine Knoll Shores' natural beauty. Bottom line, if you like a quiet vacation spot for your little family, and you really enjoy the beach, the pool, and magnificent ocean views, then Shutters 303 is the place to choose.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We loved it all. We did buy a can opener because there was none there. We left it there for future guests. The room was clean, quiet and well maintained. We vacationed with our granddaughters and they loved both the pool and the closeness to the ocean.

Stayed Jul 23, 2023The location of the Shutters condos is great! The condo was really just ran down and did not look like the owner put much care in maintaining it. Broken table on the deck, mold in the master bathroom bath. Pots and pans with limited selection and looked worn out. It wouldn't be so bad if it was about a third cheaper than what we paid.
