In 2020, a new screen door was installed on the boardwalk, and touch door locks were added.brbrIn 2019, the entire house was repainted, and all bathrooms received new lights, mirrors, sinks, faucets, countertops, and cabinetry. New window treatments, a new garbage disposal, and a new kitchen light were also added. In 2018, all bedrooms received new mattresses, and the kitchen was stocked with new dishes, utensils, and comfort amenities such as cushions and pillows.brbrIn 2017, a brand-new AC unit installed, as well as a sofa bed and love seat. In 2016, we added a brand-new refrigerator, dishwasher, and dryer. In 2015, the kitchen received a granite countertop, sink, and faucet. Finally, in 2014, we installed a tile floor in the kitchen, half bath, and dining room area, and added a TV in the Master bedroom.brbrThis property was purchased in 2017 from a fellow ocean lover who wants to make sure your time at the beach is comfortable, relaxed and allows you to just enjoy the experience of being on the water and sand.
