Unfortunately, the project has been delayed, making the balconies inaccessible in June. To compensate, we’re offering the condo at a discounted rate during this time. All other amenities, including the pool, beach access, and interior amenities, remain available. However, our balcony is inaccessible, the views will be obstructed by scaffolding, and work will be conducted outside by the condo association contractors. The typical work hours are between 8 AM and 6 PM.***brbrPrivate balcony with unobstructed views of the west end of Ocean Isle Beach. Windjammer has a private beach access just a few steps away from the condo and a large community pool to enjoy. An added bonus to the Windjammer complex is an elevator so you don’t have to haul everything up the stairs. brbrCondo is well kept and clean! Primary suite is equipped a king bed, en suite bathroom and flat screen TV. The second bedroom has two double beds and flat screen TV . An additional flatscreen TV is located in the family room with multiple board games and puzzles to add to your family beach fun. There is dining seating for 7 between the table and bar stools at the kitchen. The kitchen is stocked with all the necessities to create your meals at the beach. Full size washer & dryer in the condo. The property complex also has outdoor showers and outdoor grilling area. We do undergo a quarterly pest control but unfortunately, they do make their way inside on occasion, especially in the summer or after it rains. But this is normal and as you can see, we do keep our home extremely clean but in the south these things do just happen from time to time.brbrTRASH- trash pick-up is Wednesday morning. Depending on when you stay there may be a large amount of trash in trash can outside. We swing by Tuesday night to place next to driveway or sometimes we will place next to road on Monday. Trash is out of our control- some guests use more than others, but regardless, it will be kept off to the side (tidy) until it can be placed at the road.

Bedspreads and pillows are provided. Beach chairs or umbrellas are not provided. Saturday to Saturday rental only for the months of June, July, and August, with no exceptions for these months. If dates are accidentally made for any other days, they will be revised and have to be resubmitted for June, July and August for Saturday to Saturday. The washer and dryer are in a spacious laundry room under the house. Under the house is where you will also find a shower, table and chairs with a large smart TV, and an extra full size side by side refrigerator. Furnished decks provide the perfect place to hang out and relax, and enjoy stunning sunrises and sunsets! We have a private access walkway to the beach, with a spacious deck there , as well as deck space on street side of the house. New pool has been installed in 2026, and it's heated, ready to use! Parking for 4-5 depending on size of vehicle. Updates include new siding, new windows and doors, new heat and AC, new refrigerators, and new rockers and tables/chairs. The table and chairs on the deck provides an additional eating space, it's so nice to eat by the ocean! No pets allowed.
