Walking distance to the beach (1 block - public access #8) and sound (two blocks - public access Reeves Street). You can easily walk the two tandem kayaks on their carts down to the sound and enjoy the intercoastal! We are so close to all Surf City activities but just outside of town enough for a much less crowded beach experience!brbrHouse has the perfect layout - spacious ranch with a beautiful open floor plan. Two bedrooms and a bathroom on each side of the home. Big enough for everyone to be together and plenty of rooms/space to get the private or quiet time you need as well. brbr4 bedrooms - (1) King, (2) Queen, (3) 2 full beds, (4) bunk bed - twin over full sized bed with twin trundle. LINENS ARE PROVIDED! The bedding arrangement is: upstairs master (king) with luxury bathroom, downstairs master (king) with ensuite bathroom, a queen bedroom, and a bunk room perfect for the kids consisting of 2 double beds and 2 twin beds.brbrThis home sits perfectly positioned on the waterfront lot for breathtaking panoramic views in all directions. Relax on any of the front decks and enjoy the ocean views. With sound side decks, you can watch the boats go by on the ICW, the fish jump, and the birds wade delicately through the marsh. The private dock is great for fishing, crabbing, and shrimping and will also allow for small watercraft docking (canoes/shallow bottom boats etc.). On the left side of the dock, you will find a deck for kayak and paddleboard entry. Finally, head down to the covered area and enjoy a swing while your cares are carried away with the breeze.brbrAs you enter the home from the ground level, take the elevator to make unloading your luggage and groceries a breeze.
