Perfect for a large family or 2 families that want to share rental costs and take advantage of the 2 separate living spaces. The home can accommodate sleeping for 8. Living space on upper level (kitchen/dining/living area) has been completely updated. Both master bathroom and upstairs hall bathroom have been renovated. THIS LISTING IS THE ENTIRE HOUSE - upstairs three bedrooms, 1.5 baths and downstairs one bedroom, one bath - both with full kitchens and living areas. brbrThe neighborhood is classic old Outer Banks, and the front door is literally just steps from the beach. There are no mini-mansions or hotel size houses here. Enjoy relative peace and quiet year-round. Spend your time relaxing with nature and friends and family. No need to go anywhere once you arrive. However, restaurants, shopping, and activities are in abundance, just a few minutes' drive away. Get the best of both worlds with Cape Hatteras National Seashore immediately to the south (think lighthouses and secluded beaches) and outlet shopping, mini-golf, adventure park, fishing piers, great local seafood and restaurants just a few miles north.brbrParking is limited and is allowed in the driveway on property ONLY. Parking on the street is NOT allowed. We allow 3 cars maximum at any given time.
