The master bath has double sinks, and a tile walk in shower. It is a great neighborhood for walking/biking. When through at the beach you can walk to some pretty great places. Hop right over to The Spot known for their ice cream and acai bowls. A short walk to Dowdy Park = BEST PLAYGROUND ON THE OUTER BANKS. Includes an amphitheater, restrooms, fitness trail, basketball/pickleball courts, bocce area and a playground for kids. In season it offers free Yoga Tuesday mornings, free Tai Chi Wednesday mornings, free concerts Wednesday evenings, and a Farmers Market on the second and fourth Thursdays of the month. The Morning View & Waverider's are great places to grab your morning coffee. The Food Lion Grocery Store is just a short walk from the house.
