This home is located in a small, private, very clean and very peaceful condominium community only a short 10 minute walk away from the nearest beach access to the beautiful Kitty Hawk beaches. The property is an end unit with a spacious side yard and back yard for outside games, other forms of enjoyment or just pure relaxation. As you walk inside the front door, you will find a compete kitchen with everything you need to prepare and serve meals, a dining area with a beautiful table and 6 chairs, a half bath, a compact washer and dryer and a very comfortable lounging area with a 55 TV ready to stream all of your favorite movies. Upstairs features two bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed and the other with two very comfortable twin beds. Both bedrooms are equipped with dressers that provide plenty of space for smaller folded items and very spacious closets for those items you prefer to hang.
