No exceptions. Violations entail a fine & eviction. br- We are a NON smoking residence (in house or on porches). No smoking litter on house grounds. This keeps our home clean and enjoyable for all guests! br- We have: central A/C & heat- not needed often (3600’ elevation). We mostly use the plentiful windows, to enjoy cool, fresh mountain air, in addition to a whole house fan in upper level loft & bedroom ceiling fans. There is a window fan in master. We have 2 driveways- one to front, one to back of house. Both are paved, significant inclines that are easily accessed by 2WD vehicles in normal seasonal weather, but in snow/ice FWD, AWD or 4WD vehicles are optimal. Otherwise, plan to use ice melt on drives. brbrThis beautiful, Craftsman style home, was well built, with detail and care, to embrace the setting. There are many windows and plentiful, aesthetic porch space to optimize time spent outdoors.
