Very enjoyable stay with a quiet and cozy cabin.

From the moment we entered the neighborhood and first saw our cabin, we were mesmerized. Driving up from Central Florida it was awesome to see the color change but none to compare with the views from the PINK trail. Great host, great property, great time.

This is the perfect cabin for a cozy mountain weekend with your spouse/partner! Everything was extremely clean and they had everything we needed plus some. The owners were so kind and were willing to answer any questions we might have. Great neighborhood. Zero complaints about our stay.

This cozy home exceeded our expectations. It was modern and very clean. It's also a short walk or ride to Putt Putt, driving range, dog park and hiking trails to waterfalls.

Clean, Cozy, comfortable, including a very comfortable bed. The hosts are accommodating and the cabin has a very nice fireplace for the chilly evening. Perfect location to enjoy the outdoors.

Cabin/cottage was very comfortable and clean. Contact with owners very easy and prompt. Kitchen was equipped with supplies for cooking, and the coffee was great in the mornings. The weather was a bit chilly for sitting on the porch but was very roomy and had nice furniture with a fireplace.

Loved it. Clean and well appointed . Loved hanging out on the screen porch. Porch furniture was comfortable and clean. Rich and Amy were super responsive and helpful. Will absolutely return.

The weather was ideal for breakfast, lunch and dinner on the screen porch. The view from the deck was magnificent.

We have vacationed In the Sapphire Valley area of North Carolina for a number of years. This was the first time we had stayed in the Chinquapin area which is directly North of the Sapphire Valley resort. There were only three or four other units near us. so it was like we had our own private place. This was a one bedroom unit that was very clean and well provisioned. It had a screen ;porch as well as a nice front porch. The whole area is chock full of really good hiking trails. The twenty minutes or so it took to get to civilization was a small price to pay for the beauty and seclusion. I just realized that we failed to turn on the TV even once! How cool is that? And speaking of cool. we enjoyed temps in the low to mid 70's whilst our home folks were sweltering in the mid to upper 90's,

The house was absolutely beautiful. We loved the neighborhood. There were walking trails nearby, and only a few miles to Cashiers. The roads were mountainous, but very good roads. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and the screened porch. We had escaped the 90 degree weather at home 2 hours away to have 53 degree weather the first morning here! But the days were very pleasant. After arriving at the house, we didn't want to leave to go to a restaurant. It was so nice to sit on the porch and have our meals. Kitchen was well stocked, although I didn't cook. Bed was very comfortable, bathroom was very roomy. We will definitely stay here again! Our host was great to check on us to make sure we had everything we needed.

A wonderful break from the heat.

By far the nicest rental I have stayed in. Cabin accessories are top notch from the gas stove, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and beautiful countertop. Gas fireplace in the cabin and smaller gas fireplace on the screened in deck. Everything about the cabin was excellent. The views from the cabin and the drive up are spectacular. The private community grounds are well maintained and absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend this cabin and would/will book again ?

This cabin is a great place for a couple to get away and relax. The cabin is well-furnished and makes for a superb environment to get away from the daily grind and recharge. Would definitely recommend this place.

Perfect place for a couple and a few dogs. Opens up to the frisbee golf course and open fields and hiking trails in the community. Chinquapin is amazing!
