We have comfortable furniture, two balconies, only a few steps to the ocean front pool, and only a few steps to the beach! brbrThe price is lower than almost any other comparable unit, since, being a first floor unit, the view of the ocean is limited--though the walk to the ocean is one of the shortest in the entire complex. brbrWe have local cleaners, maintenance people, and backup maintenance people to be available for any issues or emergencies. The owners' phone numbers are posted inside and we encourage our guests to call for any problems. We have keyless entry so you can go directly to the condo without waiting in line at the rental management company.
