Seaside Escape in Pebble Beach

This unit was great for a family getaway. We loved the size of the facility, an open floor plan, a pair of bedrooms on their own private hallway, the first floor location, and decks off ov every BR. Both the pools and the ocean are just a short walk from the unit.

Great location - easy access to the beach and the pools. Clean and had most everything we needed. It worked well for our family's needs. I would recommend a little bit of a refresh because it did seem well loved. The bathtubs were slow to drain and the dishwasher ran for hours (we did let the property management company know). We would have given it a 4.5, but the location and property amenities pushed it to the 5 category. All in all, we would stay here again!

Pebble Beach Condos are the place to be if you are visiting Emerald Island. Our Condo was FABULOUS !! We were so close to everything and LOVED every minute inside and outside of the Condo. Check in was a breeze! Everyone is so helpful and friendly. The condo owner reached out right away upon booking which was so nice and answered all of my questions and even let me add in an additional last minute guest:)Our family will definitely rent this condo again and again! Literally steps from the beach and ……3 large pools surround the unit. Best vacation EVER!!

Great location. Plenty to do nearby. Brought our bikes. Owner and property manager were great communicators.

Very well supplied with clean kitchen utensils, dishes, pans, etc. All areas were very clean. The location is great as it's a short walk to the beach. All 3 pools were well maintained. We frequently saw the security personnel around the property. Needs a few light bulbs. Nice property.

Cozy like home stay. Everything so close by including the beach. Not one, not 2, but 3 very clean and refreshing pools. One pool right by the beach. Hit the beach, shower off and jump in the pool. The indoor pool was a great way to get out of the sun with a shower and a bathroom inside. It was private and quiet and everything we could ask for.

Check in was simpler than any vacation property has ever been for me. Our bedrooms were comfortable, the baths were well equipped, and the kitchen was the best I've ever seen in a vacation rental. The laundry room, super. Screened porches, TVs, all great. We loved our swimming experiences in the ocean and the pool. Restroom at pool was exceptionally clean. Parking, easyl. I've stayed at many similar rentals. This one had the fewest rules and requirements throughout the whole process than I've ever seen.

The place was perfect and want we needed. The carpets were new! The place was clean. The bunk room had a different bunk than pictured. The pics were of a real wood bunk and mattress, but was one of those Futon type mattress. Fine for kids, but not any adults. I feel like the entry could have been nicer, but that is more of an HOA issue, not the condo itself. Was my first time using VRBO, and not renting through an agency. I would certainly rent again.

Great place to stay! We enjoyed staying at this cozy condo. Very clean, great location, and wonderful customer service. The condo had everything we needed. Highly recommend!
