Spectacular Direct Oceanfront 2BR Condo in Emerald Isle NC Ocean Reef 7B1

The proximity to the beach was fantastic. We didn't leave the property! Paige was an excellent host and responded quickly to questions. The check in instructions were very clear and easy to follow. I would have appreciated something printed in the property and some recommendations for local restaurants and things to do would have been nice.

We enjoyed our stay at your little piece of heaven at the beach. View was phenomenal. Everything was clean and ready for us to relax and enjoy. Thank you

This is a charming gem of a condo… nicely appointed, all the necessities included and so accessible to the beach! It was a joy to stay there snd we hope to come again!

We enjoyed our mid February stay. It was so nice not being surrounded by a for of snow up north. The house and location provided the perfect winter retreat. Only thing I would suggest is having a larger soup pot to cook in.Would definitely return.

The condo was absolutely beautiful with a wonderful and clear view of the beach and ocean. Even saw a whale breech the waves one day- A first for me down here! The newly changed oceanfront windows were perfect when it was too cold, windy, or rainy to sit on the porch. And when I could, I wrapped up in my coat, hat, and blanket and sat outside to take it all in - lots of space and privacy. The bed was comfortable (would be great to have black out curtains for the early morning hours), and the kitchen was well stocked with everything I needed. The smart TV was great as well to catch up on Netflix shows and watch movies on prime at night and when it was raining. It was very clean and had a mild air freshener somewhere that kept the clean & fresh smell always present (mild nice scent and definitely not overwhelming). The only bummer was the fire place wasn’t working. I’d never seen a fire place at the beach but this weekend was exceptionally cold and windy, and I was looking forward to the fire and the added relaxing ambience fires give when it’s cold & rainy. Maybe next winter. The other thing was the TV in the master wouldn’t turn on despite using all remotes- most likely was out of batteries I’m guessing. Still, that was not a big deal either as the sofa in the main room was really comfy to curl up on and watch from there. Truly loved my weekend away to recharge in this beautiful condo with the amazing views of the ocean and steps to the sand. Thank you for sharing your home!

Property is very clean and very well stocked, including the garage with bikes, beach toys, chairs, coolers, etc. Dollar General is just down the street. The views are stunning from inside and from the balcony; sunrise and sunset! Access to the beach? Seconds via few stairs! Saw dolphins everyday from the beach and from the balcony. Great property, great location, beautiful views. 5 stars.

The place was beautiful, location awesome. I do have to say, this was the first time I’ve had to either bring my own bed linens and towels or use the ones provided and having to wash, dry and fold before we have to check out by 10.

Host was very responsive. The place was very clean and close proximity to the beach as advertised. Place was bright, wide open and nice beach colors.

We loved the easy walk to the beach and how it was centrally located to all the amenities. I think the ice maker was not working and we were given manual ice trays to use and refill- I had not done that in an eternity. Might want to call a repair person to fix the ice maker for future guests. We had no problem bringing and using our own linens and towels. The other folks near us in the building were laid back and friendly. The beach was really nice, and so was the deck because it had great views. Please consider leaving a detailed binder or sheet with directions on how to operate the tv, as we have Direct TV not Spectrum at home and had to keep pressing buttons and could really never find the directory to access different tv programming. It was very time consuming and draining and my husband never was able to find the one baseball game that he wanted to watch. All things considered, we did enjoy staying in the condo and had a great week at Emerald Isle! Thank you!

We had a wonderful time! We loved the condo! The place was beautiful! Emerald Isle is the most beautiful beach in North Carolina! Everything that was described by the host and the website were very accurate. There were no surprises. The beach view was amazing! We will definitely return next year!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Being on the 2nd floor allowed us wonderful views of the ocean from inside the place and out on the balcony. There was an easy walk to the ocean just out the back door.

Ahhhh, that porch!! Just over the sand dunes from the ocean, you can see the emerald green water, hear the waves crashing, watch the shore birds and occasionally see dolphins playing in the surf. Magical. The condo was clean and comfortable for the 2 of us for a girlfriends’ weekend. Easy to find. Literally steps over a boardwalk to get to the lovely beach - great for walking. One issue with a door lock was quickly addressed and fixed. We enjoyed the nearby aquarium, and walking around and having dinner in Swansboro and Beaufort. Would definitely return!

Location was absolutely perfect with breathtaking views. Will definitely stay here again.

Very beautiful place! We love the ocean reef properties and their closeness to the beach. Just steps from the back porch down to the sand. All instructions were clear and the place was very very clean. Paige was super nice and very responsive when we contacted her. We look forward to staying here again!

Have been staying at the Ocean Reef Community for about 15 years and have never had access to a toaster oven until this year which was wonderful! Very well equipped kitchen with anything you could possibly want. Very comfortable LR furniture and beds.

This condo has amazing views and amazing surroundings! I love how it is right on the beach. Owner is super easy do communicate with. The garage offers beach chairs and fun things for kids and the pool is a great alternative. The dressers smelled quite musty so i kept my clothes in the closets. The one thing I would like to see different is having the beds made before I got there. After driving 10 hours, the last thing I wanted to do is put the sheets on all of the beds. I would totally stay here again though- just would plan differently. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your amazing condo!

This place is the absolute perfect location on Emerald! The beach is literally steps away, and on days when the weather wasn’t as beach friendly, we were able to explore both sides of the island including putt putt, go karts, aquarium, and more. Could have been a bit cleaner but I suppose that’s also a downside of being so close to the beach and being a rental. They had everything available you could need including extra laundry supplies, beach toys, and more.

Everything about the accommodations was great. The place was clean and in good working order. The only suggestion I would make is for guest to consider bringing their drinking water instead of using tap water. Other than that we would hope to be able to return for another visit.

We love Emerald Isle, but have never stayed at these condos before. This unit is definitely well loved and truly has everything you need. Everything was so nice and decorated so well… And every little thing was there that you would possibly need. I did reach out to the owner a few times with some questions prior to staying and she always replied quite quickly. We definitely will be looking to stay at this unit again if we come back. I would highly recommend it!

Paige is a fantastic host. Great communication and a pleasure to work with. The home is every bit at amazing as the pictures would lead you to believe! We will definitely be looking to come back again soon.

This oceanfront condo provided comfortable and clean accommodations for our weekend stay with front deck seating to relax and enjoy the scenery. If it were summer season, the community pool would have been an added attraction to our visit. The only concern was paying a cleaning fee yet having to wash/dry linens that were provided - if you didn't bring your own. It was a nice, quiet, gated neighborhood that we'd like to revisit in the summer.

Had the best time weaving with friends. Condo was perfect.

Great condo. Loved Emerald Isle. Incredible views of the ocean. We loved watching the very active dolphins everyday - could even see them from inside the condo. I highly recommend the condo and Paige was a great host.

It was perfect for a Long weekend getaway with my husband! Paige was great to work with and was quick with responses. Right on the beach! Very comfy bed in the master bedroom. 3 Smart TVs. Gated community. Loved having access to bikes! This would be a great place for a family of 4-6! Would definitely stay here again!

Delightful experience. Spent hours on the porch, a short distance from the shore. Mere steps out the door to beach walks. Enjoyed the bikes. Well-appointed, comfortable residence. Both a coffee machine and a Keurig!

We really liked the overall location and views of this condo. We both were concerned that the cleaning crew did a minimal amount of cleaning and the regular coffee pot was unusable due to rust and residue. The towels were placed in the cabinets still damp and we had to rewash and dry them. The floor was left sandy. They needed to use a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser in the primary shower. An updated cleaning crew and cleaning check up is needed. Other than this, the condo was comfortable!

This was our first time using VRBO and the experience could not have been better. Everything was as listed and the accommodations were perfect. We would definitely consider booking again!

This was great for our long weekend at the beach for our family of 4. We loved being able to step off the deck and be on the beach right away. Plenty of dishes, pots, pans and cups. Lots of easily forgotten items are available in the bathroom cabinet. We hope to be back!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a short walk to the beach. We could set out on the deck and enjoy the ocean view. Everything in the house was beautiful. We will be definitely staying here again.

We were so happy to find this condo with beach access, and we had a great time! Our kids (9 and 6) loved the bunk beds, and there was no fighting over who got the top bunk. :-) The kitchen is well equipped and we ended up eating most meals in, although rolling out the grill was a chore. Our only minor quibble was that the provided chairs and body boards were not in great shape, so we will bring our own next year.
