Condo building is second to the beach with easy access via boardwalk or ramp. Each access point has a shower/rinse station. Roughly 1 mile to the Point. Paved path outside of complex that goes for miles along Coast Guard Rd and 58 and is great for long walks, runs, or biking. Close to shopping and restaurants including Gaffer's and the Village ice cream shop (which should be visited just for the amazing smell!) Condo complex has five smaller buildings - it is a quiet and peaceful, gated community. There is also kayak storage, bike racks, a basketball court, and a tennis/pickleball court. Property is professionally maintained and landscaped and you will likely spot our local deer, bunnies, and freshwater turtles. Villa also overlooks one of two property pools. Two paved parking spots (any available in lot). Building does not have an elevator (the view is worth it- especially when the dolphins are jumping!)

Enjoy the sunset and sunrise views of the ocean to the south, the inlet to the west, and the sound to the north. This is a home made for family fun with a huge well-stocked kitchen, 2 living rooms both with views, a front porch with opposing porch swings, another front porch on the third floor with a comfortable lounge, and a rear deck with outdoor dining and porch chairs. All of the decks have a view of the evening sunset. There is a grill on the rear patio as well as an outdoor shower with private changing room. brbrThe double carport on the ground level is deep enough to accommodate four cars and the backyard has room to play - kick a ball, play catch, throw a frisbee - it's a lovely space with porch and patio seating for those who prefer to watch. brbrAs you enter the house on the second floor, the door opens to the foyer, with french doors left and right leading to identical master bedrooms, each with a king bed, a full bath, a large walk-in closet, a TV and Roku. Each is perfect for a quiet retreat after a busy day or simply for a quiet night's sleep. Beyond the foyer, though another set of french doors, is a large 20' X 14' living area with 52' LCD SONY TV and Roku. A third bedroom has a queen bed, double closet and a Smart TV. This peaceful private studio condo located equal walking distance to the beach and booze. The condo is located in a gated oceanfront community with three pools (one indoor and heated), tennis courts, grill, gym, beach side restroom. The gate card can be used to access these facilitites. Numerous shops and restarunts are close by. The entire area is walkable and bicycle freindly. This third floor updated studio includes a fullly equiped kitchen, vaulted ceiling, WIFI, smart TV, full bathroom, washer, dryer, and queen size mattress - linenes, body wash, and shampoo are included. Two large adorondack chairs are on the balacony to watch the sunrise or sun set! The studio feel open and airy. There is not an elevator on the property. Throughout the year, propery managment will schedule the exterminator. During your stay, if you do not wish for them enter the condo, you may decline. There are ocasional maintence that is beyond our control in terms of scheduling. This may include painting, exterior work, lawn care, etc.

(No central heat downstairs. Ran off window unit). Outside is a large gas fire pit and cooking area with a TV mounted on the wall. Outdoor shower. Large driveway that will allow parking for 8 vehicles. We are about a 5 minute walk from the beach and one mile from the fishing pier. There is a walking path that is accessible from the house for walking and riding bikes. We have assorted things in the garage that are free to use such as coolers, assorted beach games and a few bikes.
