OCEANFRONT--Pet Friendly w/ Mother in Law Quarters

The place was great! The view was wonderful as well as the location. Just steps from the beach. The place was spotless and the cleaning lady Danielle is a gem!! The kitchen was well stocked, games and books and there are plenty of beach chairs and beach toys. The outdoor shower and outdoor space was great! Definitely ideal for a large family. Highly recommend!

This is our second year. The whole family likes it a lot. We had a little trouble with the Wi-Fi and a little trouble with entry, but our house were right on top of it.

Check out was a little early 9am, but the host let us extend the check out time to 10am :)

What a perfect beachhouse for our family. We had great family vacation and made so many memories. EIB is becoming a family tradition with this being our 4th year. This was our fave so far. It was clean and the location is amazing.

We absolutely loved the house and the location. It was great to be able to sit on the deck and watch the kids and grandkids playing at the beach. The house offered many amenities in the kitchen as well as beach accessories/chairs. We hope to come back again.

This ocean front house was the perfect place for a family gathering! There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for four families. The beds were comfortable and the outdoor showers were great after a day at the beach, which was just steps away from the house. There were plenty of beach chairs and boogie boards for all! This is a house we’ll look forward to staying at next year!

Beautiful place that my wife and I stayed at right on the beach. Can’t beat the location as far as Emerald Isle concerned. The host was extremely responsive, which was fantastic and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and saw dolphins almost every day.. the only feedback I would give is that the place needs a little freshening up as far as decor and kitchen linens supplies etc. I expected to atleast get provided basics like paper towels and things of that nature which I’m used to getting at VRBOs but it didn’t negatively impact the stay. Overall highly recommend!

This is a great house in a great location. It is a wonderful layout for a large group of people with a split bedroom design upstairs and the mother-in-law suite downstairs families don't feel cramped. The view from the home of the ocean was a real treat! We enjoyed our stay and hope to be able to use the home again.

One of the bedroom TV's was not working and we had to clean the house upon arrival. Dead bugs, hair on towels. This is our third year at the house and its out of season so we understand its not 100% ready for guests. Overall, we will be back.

This was our second visit to this house. It is absolutely beautiful and it perfectly accommodates all of our family needs. We will most definitely be going back! Hosts are quick to respond to messages.

House shows some excessive wear and tare. Very dangerous stove vent hood, also a code violation. Highly recommend an immediate fix before you get sued by someone.

The property listing is accurate. The view is great. The accessibility to the beach was great.

Our family of seven throughly enjoyed our stay. The close proximity to an uncrowded beach and the covered porch the width of the house were highlights. The house is clean, well-furnished, beds are comfortable, kitchen well-equipped and a large, round dining table is good for a group, The mother-law suite was ideal for a grandson who worked remotely from there without being disturbed by the activity on the main floor.

We had a great time staying at this oceanfront cottage. The views were spectacular. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. The house is as shown in the pictures. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and had plenty of extra supplies. The only small complaint is the size of the showers in the two oceanfront rooms. They are very small. We would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous house and host! We had a mix of a few family’s (4 older adult sisters, one of their husbands, and then 2 of the sister’s kids and their spouses and children - 6 children total ranging from 4-11yr). The house had ample space and seating (dining and living room) for all, all of the kitchen things you could need to make meals at the house, 2 outdoor showers, 2 washing machines and a great beach front view/access. The hosts were super quick with communication and the house was very clean upon arrival. Highly recommend this great beach house!

Nice remodel

Property was as advertised, location on the beach is ideal to easily walk to and from the deck. It was an ideal place for our family reunion of 13 people and we had a fantastic time.

We held our summer family reunion here this year. The house was very comfortable, housing all of us well. We especially loved the shaded deck and the round dining table.

We had a great time with family, kids and grandkids. Beach front is the way to go.

Lovely home with lots of bedrooms; single adults appreciated having their own room. Downstairs apartment great for part of family with young children so they could have their own space for good sleep.

What a wonderful vacation! The kitchen was perfectly stocked with all the comforts of home. Our favorite part was the round dining room table with the center turn table. The beds were comfortable and linens clean and fresh. We appreciated the games, grill, and lawn chairs. It was a safe, quiet neighborhood. We started a list in the binder of area attractions so we can hit the spots we missed on our next visit.

Beautiful sunrises and awesome sunsets! Enjoyed daily walks on the beach and a comfortable beach house to share quality time with. Would rent again!

My family of 13 scattered over half of USA, needed to get together since it had been several years, so we did so at this beach cottage. A wonderful place with plenty of room to socialize and the view of the ocean was perfect. Good choice

Thanksgiving with family is always a wonderful occasion, and this location was the perfect setting to share a memorable meal together. With its spacious seating area, everyone had ample room to gather and enjoy the festivities. Not to mention, the breathtaking view of the ocean and the close proximity to the shoreline made it an idyllic backdrop for our Thanksgiving celebration.

This was absolutely PERFECT for our family of 10 and a baby! It was big enough that we all had our own personal space but small enough to accommodate all of us comfortably in the common kitchen-dining-family room space and porch! We all loved the large round kitchen table and lazy Susan. We gathered there for every thing from serious discussions, holiday planning, card games, family meals and a birthday celebration! So many memories were made around it! The kitchen was well stocked with all we needed and plenty of refrigerator space for all of our meal prepping. The ocean view and beach access was incredible and extremely convenient. We enjoyed both sunrises and sunsets from our rocking chairs on the porch! It truly lives up to its name, Beach Blessing!

Our family had a wonderful time during our stay. The house was clean and the rooms were exactly as advertised. Everyone enjoyed the beach and all the amenities that were available for our usage. Will rent again the next time we visit Morehead City and surrounding areas. We highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful property with all the amenities, and a great view of the beach and ocean.

The family stayed here for the weekend of my son’s wedding. The groom took the downstairs apartment so he could have some quiet time prior to the big event which was perfect. The rest of the family was upstairs enjoying the view and being together. The house was very comfortable and clean. Kitchen well equipped although we did very little cooking. We stayed several days after the wedding and enjoyed relaxing on the beach. I would stay here again.
