Located in the exclusive community of Ocean Sands, Section D has private beach access which keeps the beach uncrowded and the soft sands pristine. Section D beach also has its own lifeguard on duty (in season only) for your safety. The beach house is big, bright and sunny, with plenty of activities for everyone (tennis, playground, games and more). Gas and charcoal grills as well. There is a tower sitting area where you can enjoy a cocktail while watching the sunset or reading a good book. The house has 5 bedrooms (3 master), 4 bathrooms, a second living room area with SmartTV/futon, a private in-ground pool and outdoor shower. Two large decks allow you kick back and enjoy the sun, while staying close to home, or watching over your kids on our playground. A community tennis court is also one block away. The backyard has a bbq, picnic tables, swing-set and slide, plus plenty of sand for the kids to play around.
