Spacious home,saltwater heated pool, game room, volleyball,ocean views & Tennis

Place was clean and spacious for four and would be for more. Had all the amenities we needed. Pool was nice, especially bc we had double flag rip tide warnings most of our week. Loved the hot tub. Short walk to the beach, drive/bike for groceries or shopping. Beds comfy. Plenty of beach gear—chairs, carts, pool toys, floats, noodles etc. Especially loved sunrises overlooking ocean from top deck each morning, and dog friendly!

We really enjoyed everything about this vacation after we got to the house. It was the perfect size for us, very clean, with everything that we needed/wanted for our vacation, especially in the kitchen!Eileen, the host, was also great to work with! This house is definitely a 10/10. The house was clean, spacious, located within an easy walk to the beach and the pool was perfect. It had something to offer everyone. Our family had a great time. I would recommend to anyone interested in a relaxing one stop spot at OBX.

This home was beyond doubt the best experience I’ve ever had in a vacation rental. The furniture and decor was what I would choose for myself. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were exceptionally clean with terrific water pressure and plenty of hot water. Eileen thought of everything to make this a delightful stay. The pool and hot tub were the icing on the cake! Will definitely return.

This house was exactly what we were looking for! My daughter is sensitive to chlorine and usually can't enjoy swimming, but the saltwater pool made it possible for her to enjoy it with her brothers. It's located within easy walking distance to the beach and is just five minutes from the grocery store, which was really convenient for us. The house was clean, spacious, comfortable, and met all of our needs. Definitely a great spot in the Outer Banks!

When we walked it this home was perfect for all of us.Very roomy,clean and perfectly beach and vacation friendly. We had everything we needed. Comfortable bedding,linens, everything needed for cooking, beach towels, chairs you name it, it was there. The pool,hot tub and area around pool was amazing! This a wonderful beach retreat!

We had the best week at this beach house. Eileen is the perfect host as she thought of everything to make our stay perfect. The house is very clean and as soon as we walked through the doors we felt at home. We absolutely loved the heated salt water pool. Absolutely 5 starts out of five and total ?

Our family vacation at Pelican Rest was everything a vacation should be at the beach. Everything was included such as beach chairs, wagon, pool, grill and a host that was always available for questions or help with anything we needed.

This property is exceptional and Eileen is an excellent host! Our family of 7 adults, 1 child (18 month old) and two dogs all had a great time staying in this very clean home with plenty of space and comfortable beds for everyone. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything that we needed and more. We appreciated all the amenities available with this property, especially the baby monitor, safety gate and high chair for my granddaughter. We couldn’t have found a more child friendly and dog friendly property in such a great location! Everyone enjoyed the private pool area with heated salt water pool, hot tub, cabana and plenty of seating with umbrellas. The beach chairs and wagon that Eileen provided were very much appreciated! Eileen was very responsive and easy to communicate with. She made sure that we enjoyed our stay. We can’t wait to come back!
