The charming bistro table in the front yard is perfect for relaxing while watching the horse-drawn carriages saunter thru the neighborhood. brbrbrbrThe first floor features hardwood floors with a living room that offers a 55 UHDTV equipped with premium streaming & cable, iPod dock/radio, and various touches that make it a warm gathering space. The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped featuring stainless appliances, essential cooking tools and ingredients, a large table that seats up to eight, and plates, bowls, serving dishes, baby/child-friendly dishware, and glassware. brbrbrbrOn the carpeted second floor, you'll find vaulted ceilings with amazing views of the Uptown skyline. This huge space becomes two semi-private bedrooms when the pocket doors are closed and features a walk-in closet, privacy screens, and a desk. In each of the 2 bedrooms, you'll find a queen bed with luxury memory foam mattresses. In the back bedroom, there's also a trundle bed (2 singles). Ample floor space on both floors means plenty of room for the single air mattresses. Be sure to take a look at the 2nd floor layout in my photo gallery. brbrbrbrThe chic half-bath on the first floor features a washer/dryer and iron/ironing board as well as laundry supplies.
