Paula was great with communicating logistics, rules and the house was spotless. She even personalized a welcome note for us and left us some snacks. She was a great host and I would stay there again.

The home was nice enough for our stay and in a good area that felt safe, but there were several issues. The main one being how the twin beds were hard and uncomfortable with scratchy sheets, vs the larger bed frame squeaking excessively. There were also some unclean dishes/cookware in the kitchen drawers and cabinets, the front door lock would get stuck when being locked and unlocked from both sides, and extremely hard high-strength shower pressure that made it difficult to see from mist spraying into your eyes. The living room was the only area we felt fully comfortable, but the provided amenities were good enough otherwise.

Very nicely decorated and maintained house. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to cook. We enjoyed our stay in Midwood Plaza.

This property is just as advertised and more!!! The neighborhood is quaint and quiet with lots of dog walkers, runners and moms strolling babies but also walking distance to hipster bars and shops. The home is warm and welcoming with everything you could possibly need. It must have recently been updated because everything felt new. The house is spotlessly clean and the owner responsive and friendly. Really, just perfect!

Very clean. Excellent location. Host is lovely. Mattress was firmer than I like but I got a soft mattress topper and then everything was great.

We were in town for a cheer competition. The house was clean and perfect for what we needed. No complaints. Will stay again next year if able!

This property is perfectly located; close to family and within walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, post office, parks, and coffee shops. The property itself is well appointed and very well cared for. The owners Paula and Greg are gregarious and communicative. They are responsive and timely in addressing any questions or concerns and truly interested in hosting their guests. We are looking forward to our next stay.
