It features one master bedroom with a queen mattress, a second bedroom with a full mattress, one full bathroom, an upstairs loft area with a twin day bed and twin trundle bed, and an upstairs half bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. A Keurig coffee maker is provided. Hickory floors run throughout the home. The screened-in porch offers a full-size hanging swing to look out at the fantastic water views of the Pamlico Sound and North Bay and watch the sunset. The cottage features an outdoor shower and eating area so you can enjoy the peace and quiet the island offers. brbrClose access to sandy beaches and a public boat ramp is less than 100 yards away. Great spot for fishing, boating, and swimming. Horseback riding is offered at the local campground, Cedar Island Resort. Day trips are easy to Cape Lookout National Seashore, Harkers Island, Beaufort, Atlantic Beach, Emerald Isle, and Ocracoke.
