The kitchen has all the appliances (refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher and microwave) and a dining room table. There is also an outdoor patio connected to the kitchen cabin that has a large picnic table.brIn addition, we have a campground with a large covered pavilion with electricity and water. This large pavilion can easily seat 24 people with four picnic tables. There is a nice fire pit right next to the Pavilion - See photos. We also have an RV lot with water, electricity and a sewer hookup.brbrGuest accessbrThere are no restrictions to the property or the facilities pictured. There is a large barn on the property that is locked and restricted.brbrOther things to notebrThis property is in the mountains. The rushing stream is at the bottom of the mountain and much of the stream is easily traveled with level walking (i.e. no uphill climbs). And there are many acres that won't require any steep hikes. However, to get to and or view and hear the waterfalls, be prepared to walk 200 feet up a mid grade climb. This is an easy and short hike for most anyone, but I want to make sure that any elderly guests (or those in not so good health), are fully informed that not all areas of the property are easily accessible without some walking and/or climbing.
