The home was very clean. The location was great and perfect location. It was quite and peaceful.

Such a peaceful feeling and sitting on the front screened in porch, listening to the river as it flowed was amazing!!My parents stayed in the beautiful bedroom below while my husband and I and the 2 guys stayed upstairs in the fabulous bedrooms with a nice roomy bathroom upstairs as well as down!!!We truly have only one complaint-IT WAS OVER WAY TOO SOON!!!The plan is to return as soon as possible!!!Everyone we dealt with was so kind and gracious also!

The cabin is close to several towns and yet was secluded enough to feel away. Would highly recommend.

The house was very well appointed with everything we needed although the trash drop-off is a bit cumbersome. While it was perfectly clean it did appear the linens could be replaced as the sheets were a bit rough feeling. The location was nice in that it was close to both Asheville and Bryson City however it was down a country lane in the middle of nowhere. The positive was the amazing river and pond on the property with tons of lightening bugs, butterflies and space for the kids to play or lay in the hammock. We enjoyed our stay and if we are ever back this way we will keep it in mind.

We enjoyed dinners on the screened-in porch, stargazing in the lawn, and s'mores over the campfire. The only drawbacks to our stay were very limited television channels and the internet was almost non-existent.

Stayed in almost every house on the property (when they were all still rentals) but Froggy is our favorite. A yearly family tradition. Couple issues are the garbage situation. We take garbage nearly everyday to the dump by the high school. Definitely a problem if we leave very early in the morning to return to Florida. The dump is not open early and we have garbage from the night before after cleaning house. Also, internet signal very weak. Almost impossible to be on the internet if we have to catch up with work. ( not sure if anything can be done since house is in the mountains.) Otherwise, Froggy Bottom and Rivermont are a fabulous vacation that we wouldn't trade for the world! Thanks for opening your house up to us!
