The house lives well for both a friends or family retreat with an open living and kitchen on the ground floor with a powder room. Go up to the 2nd floor for an en suite master bedroom with a king bed while down the hall is a second bedroom with a queen bed and a third bunk bedroom that can accommodate adults. This includes a queen bed on the bottom, a trundle bed below the queen, and single bed on the top bunk. There is a full bath in the hall.brbrThis house is set up with fun in mind. Plenty of space to park boat and trailer in yard. Male and female beach cruiser bicycles provided for meandering through town. Brand new dock that is 12-foot on the T.
