The beautiful kitchen with butcher block counters offer space to prepare your meals. Guests can sit in the dining room, at the bar seating, or in the breakfast table. Nearby is the living room with woodburning fireplace and comfortable seating around the television. All five TVs in the home offer Spectrum cable using the streaming app. brbrSleeping ArrangementsbrOn the main level is a queen bedroom with TV. The full bathroom with tiled shower opens to both the bedroom and the hallway. Upstairs are three bedrooms and two full baths. The primary bedroom has king bed, a full sleeper sofa, and a private balcony. Attached is a full bathroom that includes a tiled shower with body sprayers. To the other side of the upper level are two bedrooms that share a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The queen bedroom has a TV, and to the other side are a Twin over Twin and Twin over Full bunks. The lower level has a bedroom with two sets of Twin over Twin bunks. Attached is a full bathroom and the washer and dryer. brbrThe lower level also includes a game room with pool table, a free-standing foosball table, and a Queen murphy bed. Lounge on the large sectional with your friends, or break out the board games on a rainy afternoon.brbrOutside, enjoy the main level decks, relax in the hot tub, or stroll by the waterfall on your way to the trailhead, located next to the parking area. brbrMill Ridge Resort is a beautiful and affordable community with resort amenities including outdoor tennis courts, heated outdoor swimming pool, the Watauga River and beautiful hiking trails! When you are ready to head out and explore our area, the central location right between Boone and Banner Elk NC offers an ideal starting point for all of your mountain adventures.brbrImportant Informationbr- This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets to this home.br-Check In is after 4pm. Check Out is by 10am.br- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a starter set of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be providedbr- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.br- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.br- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.br- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.br- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable. Please observe a quiet hour of 10PM as there are full time residents nearby. br- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement. Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking, or by calling us with a week's notice. You'll find all that and more at the beautiful Stoneledge Manor.brbrAs you enter the home, the first thing that arrests your attention is the enormous great room. Its focal point is the three-sided stone hearth with a gas log fireplace and nooks on either side for books, movies, and entertainment equipment. Mounted over this fireplace is a 65” 4K HDTV with Bose surround sound, the perfect place to enjoy all your favorite shows on your favorite streaming services. Arranged around the fireplace are couches and easy chairs, as well as a gaming table tucked in the corner.brbrThe other half of the great room is the expansive kitchen. It features an enormous tiled island for eating as well as preparation and service, with a vegetable sink on one side, as well as stainless steel Bosch and Jenn-Air appliances including two ovens, a four-burner gas range with grill on the side, and a double basin sink. The kitchen is well equipped with the items you'd need for a holiday meal for the whole family or for a quick snack for the kids in the group.brbrOff the kitchen, accessed through two arched entryways, is the formal dining room.
